My loan was paid off 4-8-2019, at that time I was charged $95.00 for filing termination fees. It was explained to me that this is a charge my local county charges for filing the removal of Lein. In the mean time I finally called in May to ask when I would be receiving my release of Lein, however no one knew what I was talking about. Numerous calls later they sent me an email with an attachment of release of lien after threating to go to Costco, Revdex.com, and a lawyer. I had to go to my county office to have it recorded and paid the $95.00 again. Now after many phone calls and emails with many stories and now going into August I have not received nothing. I just want my $95.00 and my online account updated to show I owe nothing.

Nathan and Jessica both were great at communicating with my wife and I throughout the whole refinance process. They called and emailed whenevr there was a step forward in the process. When going over figures, Nathan was very honest and transparant about costs, savings etc. The whole process was extremely smooth and quick. Highly recommended!
