I had made a air/ car travel package purchase through Justfly***, in November, for travels in March to Miami, FloridaThe car rental agency that received the monies from my credit card was named Cartrawler***Upon arrival I learned that my car was reserved for 10:a.m., but my flight arrival was 1:p.mAs a result of this, they cancelled my reservation, and I no longer had a car rental, for my day vacation in Florida

We made a small typo on the name on the reservationWe called the airline, who told us that justfly [redacted] would have to offer the name change with permission from the airlineWhen we spoke to the justfly***, whose call center seems to be located in Canada or the Philippines, we were met with extremely incompetent, unprofessional helpWe spent in total hours on the phone, and we were charged unauthorized fees which we were told were part of fixing the issueWe submitted a passport for proof of nameWhen we checked with the airline, there was no name change after daysWe had been told it would occur in hoursWe called customer service again, and we were greeted by ***, who spent hours with us on hold, supposedly calling the airlineHe was unable however to answer simple follquestions regarding what he asked the airline, and seemed to be misguided regarding what our requests wereIt sounded like he had not at all even spoke with them or attempted to call themHe kept

I had to call about a booked flight and literally was on the phone for more than a total of 3 hours. Each time I called I got a different story on why they could not process my request. Each time after lengthy discussion I requested to talk to a supervisor. The first time due to heave volume a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. The second time it was after 5:00 pm so all the supervisors were off. The third time I reluctantly took what was offered and still no communication with a supervisor.

I purchased tickets through justfly***The day after, I received emails stating that my reservations were canceledI called justfly customer service and they claimed I would not be charged for the flightsWell, its been days and the charges are still on my credit card (not pending)I called again and they stated that they have no charges through their systemI called separate time after that and they finally told me to send a billing and flight information to [redacted] I sent the the information but I still haven't received any feedback or calls

I recently purchased a flight to Thailand from justfly.com after I spoke to the employee he said I can get a refund for my flight ticket because I missed my flight which was on 2/17/17 when I called the next day to re book the flight the employee said that they can not give a refund and the ticket has no value and I would have to pay a re booking fee and through the process I talked to all sorts of employee claiming they worked there which was a little suspicious so when I went to re book the flight they charged me a fee of two payments of $150.00 then I asked if I can get a flight for 2/18/17 after they charged my checking account and they said no I would not be able to book my flight till 2/19/17 the main point is they are continuously charging me each month and I would like some sort of refund or at least the charges to be refunded and stop being charged to my account JustFly.com is a scam and they are not legitament.

The worst travel agency I have encountered and I work in the travel industryI booked a round trip flight to Saigon and was unable to get to Saigon on my return due to Visa issuesNot only did they refuse to help me keep the 2nd leg of my return journey (forced me to cancel the entire return trip) but they wanted to charge me almost $to change the flight to a different dayFrom reading other complaints, I am glad I booked a brand new flight instead of getting scammed again by JustFly to change my flightIn addition to this, they were unable to give me any refund on the airport taxes after being on the phone with them for over an hourThis is ILLEGAL as any customer who asks for strictly the taxes to be refunded minus any processing fees MUST be refunded for these taxesMy advice? I booked a ticket with JustFly[redacted] in February Two weeks before my trip in December 2017, I realized through the airline app that one of the flights had been discontinued and I was placed on another flight that landed AFTER my international connecting flight (on the same itinerary) took off I first called the airline who was unable to help because the flight was booked through JustFly.***; when I called JustFly[redacted] I waited on the phone for over minutes to speak to the first person - supposedly due to high call volumes, however there was nothing unusual about the time that I called I was then transferred times and they still were unable to resolve my issue They promised that the issue would be dealt with within to hours and to stay by my phone and email I was never contacted hours later I called back, waited for another minutes on the phone to get it resolved There was no apology, no explanation as to why nothing had been resolved on my previous call, and again an obscene wait time to resolve As a travel agent, they should have flagged that the flight itinerary was no longer valid and resolved it directly with the airline They also should be able to resolve something of this nature over the phone if they are not going to be proactive And they most definitely should not have 30-minute wait times to speak with someone

Terrible travel agencyI was to fly to Bangkok through Taiwan on July 9th, 2018, on a ticket purchased through Justfly (with Eva Airlines)My Justfly booking number is [redacted] However, due to weather problems (a typhoon), my ticket was cancelledEva Airlines got me on a flight for the next day (July 10th) from SFO to Bangkok, but when I asked about my flight from Taipei to Bangkok, the airline told me that I had to speak with my travel agentI then called JustflyI spent nearly hours on the phone with various Justfly agents, including a supervisor named "***" (or "***", something close to this)I initially spoke with two agents, and both times I lost the connection (I do not have connection problems with any other person from the location where I made this call, only Justfly), both times I asked the agent to call me back if disconnected (since I had to wait minutes on hold the first time, and minutes the second), and both times the agent failed to call me back-even though they had my phone number [redacted] (the supervisor) later told me that one of the agents did try to reach me, and left this note in his daily notesHowever, my phone showed no account of his call, and certainly not a voicemail proving that he calledIt is not enough for an agent to simply leave a note in his records, the agent must actually call me such that my phone rings, and I then have an opportunity to answerIf the agent had entered my number and pressed "call," but the phone did not ring, then this does not constitute a "call." This is basic common senseNo such call cameCompletely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptableI thought that this might just be a problem with just the one agentHowever, I learned that this is a much bigger problem at Justfly[redacted] When I called back (late morning, Pacific Standard Time, USA), I asked to speak with a supervisorThe representative (***) finally got me on the phone with the supervisor, ***After being on the phone with [redacted] for two hours, explaining to [redacted] that I simply wanted to make sure that I had a seat on a flight from Taipei to Bangkok for July 11th evening, the best that he could do was to get me on a waitlist for this routeHowever, as I explained to ***, I had spoken earlier in the day with Eva Airlines, which said that I could get on a Thai Airways flight (leaving Taipei at 8:pm, arriving BKK 10:pm) under "class Q," and that Justfly merely needed to provide this information to Eva AirlinesBut when [redacted] supposedly related this information to Eva Airlines, he came back to tell me that I had only two options: Accept a refund for my ticket (which would have required me to spend an additional $to get a new flight through which I could arrive to BKK by on July 11th), or Put my name on a wait list (which at that point would have been very long)I told [redacted] that this was very inconsiderate of Justfly, especially since I had called over three hours earlier (and would have been much higher up the wait list if the agent had properly handled my case)I told [redacted] that there must be a problem here, and there must be a better option for meHe said that there was notAfter this, I then called back Eva AirlinesThey answered relatively quickly, and gave me a confirmed seat for the Taipei-BKK flight, with the same travel time as I mentioned aboveThey told me that they knew nothing about any kind of waitlist, and that they never said this to [redacted] at Justfly.com Eva Airlines then guaranteed me a seat for the 8:pm departure from Taipei on July 11th, without any chargesInterestingly, they also told me that Justfly is extremely difficult to deal with due to general incompetence and lack of care for their customersI made a complaint with Justly and asked for a small monetary compensationSo far no replyI will remove or update this post if there is a reply

Last fall my wife and I purchased RT tickets from Justfly [redacted] and cancelled due to an injuryWe each had $in credits after hefty cancellation and rebooking feesThis morning, Aug I was on the phone for about two hours rebooking for myselfThe staff member put me on hold several times to confirm the amount of credit and that it could be used for this purchase, that I had to put additional cost on my credit card then told me YES, the RT for Sept 9-was CONFIRMEDI was told that I would be getting an email restating all the details, and it did not comeI went online and put my reference number and last name in the FIND YOUR ITINERARY page, and got 'Invalid info" We held for another hour to talk with a supervisor, then was told "We would get a call back in no more than hours"No callI wrote them an email, no responseWhen my wife was booking her travel using her 50% of the credit, she was told it was approved, then cut off and did not receive the promised call back

products were not as advertised, wording on the hour cancellation insurance is misleading, impossible to navigate the website without purchasing something you don't want, customer service is pleasant but powerless to change what's already happened due to the fine print that you never see

I purchased 2 tickets to Key West, FL. on 10/15/16. However, my travel companion is unable to go. I contacted Just Fly [redacted] to inquire about my options. The first time I called, I was told there would be a $75.00 change fee, and a $200.00 cancellation fee. This fee is half of the cost of the ticket. At this point I did not cancel my reservation. However, I called Just Fly [redacted] back later on 10/25/16. This time I was told there would be a $75.00 fee, and the remainder of the monies would be a airline travel credit to be used within the next year to be in my travel companions name. I paid for these tickets, the monies should come back to me. Seems like every time I've called I've been given a different answer.
