My freind and I purchased airline tickets in feb to Paris and Amsterdam to fly on Dec 15, 2017-Jan 2, Unfortunately, we were not issued tickets due to my freind’s Dutch passport had a different name then on airline ticketWe were on phone with Justfly fir approximately hr to have them either correct nane or reissue ticketsThey did neitherThey would not give us a credit where th correct nameI wrote letter on Hanb1, and haven’t heard from themI cdljed them on Jan 5, and was on hold for over minutesI am requesting a total refund including all hotel charges and excursions

I called JustFly [redacted] on December 12, based off of an advertised price online that prompted the customer to call in for the dealI spoke with a representative who placed me on a series of holds, and when she finally confirmed a price that skyrocketed from $to $I deliberately said "No I do not want to proceed with the booking, cancel the reservation." I checked my statement a day later and my card was charged for a ticket I did not ask to purchaseI have called just fly several times and they continue to put me on a series of holdsI've spoken to different supervisors who promise to call me back and do notI refuse to give them my money for a ticket I did not agree toI am going to continue to call and hope that by filing this compliant it will help speed up the process of giving me my money back

Justfly [redacted] refused to change our flight after we were notified by our carrier TAP Portugal that the flight was canceled and needed to rebook through justflyAfter hours on the phone with justfly, we got no refund, no rebook, no confirmation number, levels of supervisors who had no access to email, and zero answersThos is $that we have lostFor what it is worth, this is the first complint I've ever filed in 30+ yearsThe situation was that had, and our hard earned money which we saved for our honeymoon is now gone, as is the flight

I purchased some airplane tickets from justfly. I had to change the dates 4 days later and was told that if I paid 75 dollars I would receive a 291 credit, I did and then found out from American Airlines there was a 200 cancelation fee, Justfly then told me to rebook I would be charged an additional 200 dollars. they totally mislead me to where I paid 2 cancelation fees, For one with little money who wanted to see his older sister who had a recent heart surgery, this is unkind and wrong!

On 20 june I booked air india ticket from justfly.com the price was shown to me $975.10 and when I checked my debit card statement there were two transactions one of $975.10 by the name of [redacted] and $15.95 by the name of justfly.com so I called them and asked why there are two transactions they started telling me that I have selected the seats that the reason we have charged you $15.95 which I was not informed during booking so decided to cancelled the ticket because I was eligible for full refund and within 30 minutes of booking I cancelled my booking. The Company representative told me I would get my refund within 2 - 10 business days. Now its been more 15 days they have refunded me only $15.95 when I call them and ask for refund they are not able to give me appropriate reason why the money is not yet reflected in my account .

On October 10th, I searched Google Flights and found what I thought was an incredible flight through JustFly. I was flying from Washington, DC to Amsterdam for a business trip in December. After a little bit of research about the airline, Icelandic Air, I booked the trip. Confirmation numbers were received via email and I was all set. On the morning of my flight, I started receiving odd emails from the airline about a strike (zero communication from JustFly). I thought it was weird, but after 3 emails in the span of about 2 hours, all seemed to be resolved. However, I did receive an email notifying me that my flight had been changed to DCA > via American Airlines PHL > AMS. Being an anxious traveler, I got to the airport about 4 hours before my flight - and I am LUCKY that I did. My original flight was from DCA > via JetBlue BOS > KEF > AMS, but since I didn't have any messages saying that it had changed back to that - I went to the American Airlines counter to check in.

This is also a refund issueOn 10/6/I purchased round trip tickets from Justfly[redacted] for $Later on that day I was sent an email with my receipt and an advertisement saying " With justflyyou can fully manage your booking online and at your convenience." and it gave a specific attention to the fact that you can change your flightI kept this in mind as a better offer may appearOn 10/a better offer did appear when I clicked "Change Ticket" on the itinerary I thought it was a "trade" for the round trip tickets that the search results provided listed as $and my original tickets listed at $Instead my original tickets information was erased except for the charge I was given and I instead of what was advertised was charged an additional $in modification fees and an additional $for the ticketsThe listed price was $more than I payed (after the modification fees) but the original price of the first round trip tickets did not go awayI called cu

I had to have emergency surgery and had complications after that surgery that prevented me from traveling. I provided letters from the doctor and spoke with multiple agents, as well as submitted multiple health request forms for reimbursement and never received them.

This company is the worstThey do not care about their customers at allThey gave me the wrong information about a flight which led me to purchase the ticketWhen I called because the airline told me that my ticket didn't include the baggage as the [redacted] agent had told me it did, they didn't want to admit their error at allThey kept repeating the same lines over and over againI had to pay over $extra because one of their agents gave me information, RIDICULOUS!
