I would like to register a complaint against JustFly***Their service has been extremely unprofessional and various agents have said conflicting things that has lead to a huge waste of time and has disrupted travel plans, and has the potential to lead to financial lossOn Aug 9, I had received an email saying that there had been a schedule change in my Turkish Airlines Flight ItenieraryI checked and the airlines advised me that I was due for a full refund if I cancelled as one of the legs of the flight had a change time of more than min or more (involuntary schedule change)I called JustFly [redacted] and after about four days (on Aug 12) of trying to get this done, finally reached an agent who understood what was going on and was willing to helpWhile I was on the line, she called Turkish airlines and confirmed that this ticket was due for a full refund if I cancelledShe also informed me that she had requested and received a waiver code from the airlinesConditional on this info

Yesterday I booked a round trip flight from Paris to New York.Lat night I found a message from justfly.com asking that I call themToday I called and was told that they only book flights starting in USAAn obvious lie since on their internet web page they list hundreds of flights starting overseas.Presumably the flight was not available,but it was on their list,and they let me book it It's a crooked company,and should be put out of business

When I booked a flight I by phone I was not told that I was being booked a basic economy flight which means that I could not have a free carry on I would have to check my baggage and pay a feeIf it was explained to me I would have selected another ticket I tried calling the company and they were unwilling to work with me Now I have to pay to take my baggage an expense I did not have in my budget

I recently booked a flight labeled "nonstop" with JustFly [redacted] I found the flight via Kayak [redacted] When I checked in the morning of the flight, there were two layovers for this so-called "nonstop" flight (on Thanksgiving weekend no less) The customer service agents at JustFly***acknowledged that their system advertised and sold me the flight as a "nonstop" flight However, they said there was nothing they could do (no re-booking to another nonstop flight, no refund)Their customer service was lousy I was put on hold for long periods of time I had to speak with two agents before being allowed to speak to a supervisor I also was told to call the airline they booked with before I could speak to the supervisor, even though the problem was clearly on their end Finally, the supervisor suggested that I was in the wrong, rather than JustFly [redacted] I want consumers to know not to book with this***any under any circumstances I don't think this***any should be listed by any other***anies, including Kayak [redacted] After this happened, I saw that Revdex.com has issued a warning about this***any I'm surprised they have a C+ rating It should be an F Thank you

Frustrating customer service experience!! Do not buy tickets from this company...if you ever have to make changes to the ticket, they will try and extort a huge sum of money from youHere is what they did when I called for making changes to my ticketThey will keep you on hold for 10-mins for every single step like checking for a specific date, checking if the ticket is valid for changes etcThe idea is pretty much to get you to just cancel a non refundable ticket and make an additional $in addition to the fees they have charged initiallyThe price they quote are far higher than what you would see on the airline websites, if you call them to change the ticketAgain the principle is to get you to cancel and have you book something new so that they can squeeze every bit of fees from youAVOID THIS COMPANY! They are out there to make life miserable for their customers

On September 29, I received an email from Justfly [redacted] that the itinerary that I booked for a trip to Mexico was changedAs per the email I went to "manage the booking" and tried to change my flightOne of the options was a flight at amAfter I confirmed the change, the booking confirmation came back as per the original itinerary with a flight at 7:amI called Justfly on September 30th at 1:PM,phone number [redacted] , to change the booking and was on the call for hour and minutes without resolutionThe reference number for this call is [redacted] I first spoke to ***She said that my 7:am flight had to be changed to 1:amI told her that I cannot be on a 1:am flight and wanted to be on the 8am flight that I was trying to rebookShe told me that there was no am flightI then went onto their website to tell her that yes, there is an 8am flight and that is the flight I need to be onShe said she would make the change and send me an email confirmatio

To Whom This May Concern, As a consumer, I am formally filing a complaint against the Justfly [redacted] booking agency, regarding the round trip airfare tickets I had purchased for my family of fourTo begin, I had booked online the flights to leave from Phoenix, AZ to San Francisco, CA to depart on June 16th, and returning from San Francisco to Phoenix on June 20th, for nights and days through Justfly.comHowever, when I double checked the itinerary, the flight has been spontaneously scheduled to return on July 20th,(a whole month later!), instead of the return date I had booked online, which was supposed to be June 20th, Without any prior notification or consent, Justfly [redacted] had sporadically modified the returning date for our San Francisco vacation, making our family unable to move forwards with our vacation plansOut of frustration and shock, I was prompted to call Justfly [redacted] on June 4th to notify them of this sudden change in date for the returning flightB

I would never buy my airline tickets justfly.com again They may have cheap prices but their customer service is horrid, I couldn't even understand what the gentlemen was saying over the phone I could tell he was reading from a script, he kept messing up and than apologizing He didn't have any idea how to help me or what I was even askingI ended up calling a second time just to figure out what was going on I found the flight $cheaper later (on their website) and they wouldn't help me at all I couldn't cancel my flight (even though I was willing to pay the cancellation fee of $150+) They gave me no optionsThe second lady I spoke with told me your only option is to not show up at the airport but you will still be charged for the flight I understand flight amounts change but most companies including Expedia would let me pay the fee, cancel the flight and then I could have still saved over $ No, justfly told me I was out of luck there was nothing I could do Think twice before you book with justfly.com I know I will never use them again Companies that actually value their customers and will help them instead of giving them zero support, and zero options are the companies that I will turn to instead

I selected an airline flight from DTW Detroit Metropolitan Airport to MCO Orlando International Airport for December 27th it was a one way flight for my Husband and myselfI purchased the tickets through Justfly.com and thought everything looked correct but when I double checked the flight information the flight Actually was from MCO to Detroit which was incorrectJust fly made the errorI contacted them and they said that there rule and regulations would not allow me to change the flight or get a refundI just wanted them to make this right so that we can fly to the proper destinationSince the tickets are not useable I had to purchase new ticketsJustfly [redacted] is scamming customersThey are charging customers for services that are not being rendered

Last night my friend and I spent almost hours on the phone trying to reschedule a flight with Justfly.***The original booking for tickets was cancelled due to illnessAt that time, we were told a $penalty per ticket would be chargedI asked for a reduction of the penalty and it was reduced to $60/ticket "as a courtesy." After being on hold multiple times, we were told that, if we wanted to proceed with rescheduling our flights, we would need to pay a $200/ticket fee to do that! My patience evaporated and I asked to speak to a supervisorSeveral holds later, the "supervisor" told us pretty much the same thingNoticed that a printout of the website listed $125/ticket fees for cancelling plus additional fees for re-bookingThere seems no way to retrieve the cancelled ticket costs credited to us that were left over after all fees were deducted without again paying the $200/ticket feeThe supervisor would not tell us who actually had our creditAbsolutely impossible to understand Justfly[redacted] personnel! And their fees are truly beyond punitive!! We advise anyone to avoid this companyStick with reputable ones

Couple of weeks after I book and payed for airline tickets with JustFly [redacted] I noticed a Spelling error on the ConformationThe spelling error was small Only One Letter on Both Last Names The error was SulawskiThe Correct name is SulewskiJustFly [redacted] Refused to change the spelling error because that was the Airlines AirBerlin's PolicyI personally contacted AirBerlin and they Assured me that the Mistake Can be corrected by JustFly [redacted] After Many Phone Conversations JustFly [redacted] Tolded me that AirBerlin Lied to me and the Name Correction Can Not be Changed because that's AirBerlin Policy Wich is Completely Fulse and not right

My parents bought tickets through JustFly for [redacted] to fly from San Francisco to Copenhagen this July 9, Unfortunately my father had a major heart issue (His heart stopped, requiring CPR for over a minute until his pacemaker shocked him into rhythm), he was hospitalized, and his doctor said absolutely he can not take this trip We cancelled our tickets June 22, 2016, explaining the circumstances, and had the doctor fill out the needed paperwork We asked for a conformation email that the trip was cancelled and how much the refund would be so the flight insurance company would refund the rest We were told by Justfly it would be sent out the next day, and that it would be to weeks for the refund They never sent us the cancellation email even after countless calls We are always be told it will be sent, and when we call back asking for supervisor, we stay on line for an hour with the representative checking back every minutes stating no supervisor is available Justfly then offers to have supervisor call us in hour time frame, but it never happens, although they send emails that they tried (but there is no call on my phone) We must have called them over ten times and each time the same scenario They told us that because [redacted] (***) has not refunded t the money to them, they cannot send email or our refund until that happens I called ***, and was told not only was the money immediately refunded to Justfly, but that usually this company holds on to the money until right before [redacted] needs to issue the tickets The last time I called and told them this, I was told now it would take weeks to get an email or a refund from Justfly showing our trip had been cancelled I finally had my bank reverse the charges because Justfly is lying and not going to return our money Of note, because they would not issue how much of a refund we would get, I can not ask the insurance for the balance This was a big expense for my parents who live on a fixed income, and my father's failing health made dealing with Justfly even worse They are unethical Now I read multiple complaints about this company and see that you have over 1,complaints made against them I want to warn other consumers NOT to use them

I purchased a ticket through [redacted] I arrived right on time for my flight and they wouldnt let me through the ticket counter because they stated that my confirmation number through [redacted] was invalidThey would not refund my money after many calls and hours on the phone them with them and stuck me sitting at they airport

justfly [redacted] doesn't allow me to cancel my reservation within hours, I booked a flight and modified it within few hours and decided to cancel it , I called right away and been with them for a lot of hours no one was able to help me, theres nothing in there policy that says cancellation policy its not applicable once its modifiedthey are tossing me back and fort, according to american airlines just fly is in full control of ticket, and when I called justfly they said its american airlines that has that policy, please help I just need a full redfund, I dont mind paying the 75@ fee for cancellation,, please call me.please please please

I purchased tix to Cancun in July 2017 and was strongly advised to buy trip insurance which I bought a few weeks later. Justfly pushes CSA insurance. When it was time for our trip in September, the Mexico are had two hurricanes around that time and we felt it was too dangerous. I called Justfly and was told the insurance would couver the cancellation. All I had to do was pay JusyFly 600..00 fee which I did and the rep emailed me the CSA paperwork to fill out. He assured me they would repay my tickets and the 600.00 fee and Medical insurance I bought. Well, CSA denied my claim and I am out over 3000.00. JustFly told me repeatedly buying travel insurance would cover any reason and I had to have it going overseas. I believe I was misled, lied to and taken advantage of especially since I had to pay another 600.00 cancel fee. It was JustFly's dereliction and deceit in this whole process. When you call them they will do nothing as far as a refund but will sell you more tickets for a fee.
