I booked and paid for round trip flights from JFK to London Gatwick through justfly [redacted] for my family of fiveFour on one booking number and my daughter [redacted] on a second booking because she flew out in advance of the rest of us - all were booked on the same return flightWhen we arrived at Gatwick to depart the agent at Norwegian Air checkin desk told us [redacted] flight was cancelledWe received no such notificationNorwegian Air said it was nothing to do with them - we needed to contact the booking agentI immediately called Just Fly who was said it was the airlines fault and in the midst of trying to resolve dropped my callWe had no time and the Norwegian staff said she'd never make the flight at that point anywayWe gave our daughter all the cash in whatever currency we had on us and a credit card and got on the flight without herCan you imagine our distress? I booked a flight ticket and the justfly is saying that they can t change the return dayI called them and told them to call xl airways because they reached out to me and [redacted] told me : "Dear Gregory , We have been trying to contact to advise them that we have authority from the head office to change the date by paying the fare difference and penalty , but we are unable to get thru to them.Please advise them to call us so that we can take care of this issue.Best regards" I told justfly to call them and without success they are so lazy and hide themself behind the xlairways " we can t do"

I have used justfly for several flights within the past 2-yearsI was typically happy with their available flights, however I recently booked a flight and was overcharged by the airline after processingWithin minutes I called customer serviceI was able to speak to someone relatively quickly, however I was told my only option was to accept the increased charges (which were over $150) or pay a $cancellation fee, which they would not waive, and rebook my flightThe poor customer service has deterred me from ever using their site again and I would recommend using a more reputable site

I purchased two tickets to Rome with a layover in Turkey from just fly [redacted] on March 3, 2016 for the amount of $2085.12 , the two tickets were canceled due to the bombings that happened at the Turkey International airport this year. when I called just fly to ask for a solution they told me to purchase two more tickets with a different route through a different airport and the cancelled tickets which were operated by Turkish Airlines will be refunded due to obvious security reasons and a major event. I purchased other two tickets for a similar amount but I never received the refund within the two months after the purchase so I called and they said that they were processing it and I should be receiving the refund within the next 30 days. I never received the refund so I called again 2 months after that and they told me that they will process it and Assure me that I will be receiving the refund within the month. They are crooks, pulled the bait and switch and I had to pay an additional from what was originally listedNever returned my calls

I used their web site to change the hour for my return flight and they showed one price to pay a difference to change the price which was $each ticket and I had two so I paid an additional $on my cc to change the flight return and then looked on their billing info and they charged me $for each ticket to change the return flight! So originally I paid $and when I changed the flight they charged me another $662! so I have a total of $for a $flight!!!!! I even bought CSA travel insurance and JUSTFLY rep told me that they probably won't refund me my amounts paid when the CSA advertisement and information after I bought the policy says they will pay 100-150% of cancellationsI want to cancel my flights with justfly [redacted] and get a refund so I can get another flight before my birthday flight with a reputable company! I purchased an international flight with justfly [redacted] on November 5th Due to a death in the family I was not able to travel and cancelled the reservation within hrs of the purchaseWhen I called to cancel I was told to send in a death certificate and proof of relationship in order to get a full refundAll of the documentation was sent and on November they told me that all was received and that it would take to weeks to receive a refund on the credit card usedweeks have passed and after being on hold for long periods of time (2hrs total) I was told that I needed to wait about more billing cycles in order to now receive a check on the mail with the refundWhen I asked the supervisor to send me an email stating all of this because I needed to have it in writing she agreed to do it but never ended up doing it and hung up on my face when I asked her for her name again

I had to google it!!! This is the worst online booking I've ever used They messed up my profile and booked a wrong name on the flight ticket When I found out and called their customer service about times, it took them hours, hours, hours, minutes, etcto keep me on the phone, but finally has to cancel the ticket, with a charge!!! and worst of all, the agent on the call even threaten me that: "If you don't want to agree on the charge of $for cancellation, I'll leave it not cancelled, and your ticket will expired so you get nothing back, if that's what you want, I can do that!" This is the respond from their customer service!!!

I purchased an flight ticket on [redacted] at 16:10pm on 05/18/2016, about and half hours later, I found a lower price on their website so I decided to call in and ask for a price difference refundHowever, after almost hours of talking to different representatives, they decided that they can't refund the price difference although they have a best price guarantee on their websiteSo I decided to cancel the flight and rebook itThen they want to charge me $fee for cancellation because they have a 4-hour window! The time I called in was within the hours window, but after one and half hour of talking to them, that window has passed! They try to slow down the process so I couldn't get the chance to ask for a refund in the first place! I tried to explain it to them but they don't care at all! Good day to anyone reading this, Just Fly absolutely dose not care the smallest bit about their customers, I had a simple mis-spelling of my last name, one extra letter. After pleading with them not to charge me 75$, they were extremely rude, the customer service rep almost sounded happy about the situation I was in. After I agreed to pay, they gave me the WRONG information about the procedure, they instructed me to email my passport to the airline, and JUSTFLY provided me with the email. A few hours before my flight, the name was still not updated, I called the airline and they told me that JUSTFLY need to email them the passport from their email, not my personal email. When I called JUSTFLY back to let them know that they are the ones that need to email the airline not me, they said " so what? the original issue with the name typo is your fault not mine". This stingy and unprofessional attitude will trickle down to every customer, never expect them to go out of the way to help you in the smallest degree.

I booked a flight from JustFly [redacted] in January for a flight in JuneFlight dates were changed several times by Dynamic AirlinesI've requested a refund in January and was told funds will be refunded into my accountAfter several calls to Dynamic and Justfly I was told Dynamic returned funds to Justfly to refund my accountIts now August and I still don't have the funds refunded to my accountThis company should no longer be allowed to do business

Rude customer service, they do not really care about what the customer is saying as they just repeat what their script says and do refuse to transfer you to a manager and when they do even the manager speaks very rudely like "if you stop talking I might be able to help you"They charge you for twice the amount of your ticket to book it so if you are not able to pay that then you lose the entirety of your money so you either pay them double or lose out completelyafter trying to contact their headquarter, for a month no one will even call or resolve the issue
