I spoke with the airline (Copa Air) and was told to contact Justfly which I did. I ve been waiting for a response from Justfly [redacted] from a ticket I bought but could not use since my dad passed away and had to fly couple of days before expected. I spoke to justfly and sent paper work they requested including the Death Certificate and my Birth certificate intermediately and still no answer from them. I´ve been calling several times and still no response from them. I contacted them in advance so the ticket would not present a "no show" and somebody could use the seat.

I purchased tickets for my family of to Europe and had a work conflict that made taking the trip difficult, not impossibleI called in to just fly to check on cancellation policyThe customer service rep ended up cancelling my trip reservation without my consentI was then subsequently informed that the trip was non refundable and to proceed filing a claim with my travel protection policyAll advice suggested by Just fly has been unsuccessful in refunding my expenseI cannot believe I am being made responsible to pay for a trip I did not make or authorize to cancelPlease helpThank you

My first and last experience working with Justfly[redacted] was unsatisfactory in several ways Booking flights for a round trip on two separate airlines was easy enough, but shortly after I'd made my reservations, I received email notifications that my reservations had been cancelled due to a problem with my credit card I tried for a long time to reach an agent at the number provided, and finally spoke with a representative who wasn't able to explain the credit card problem I then made the trip reservations using another online service, and had no problems When I received my credit card statement later that month, I was surprised to see the Justfly[redacted] charges and the original flights - which I'd been told had been cancelled - listed among the charges I proceeded to dispute the charges through Justfly[redacted] and also with the airlines, one of which offered a credit for the same cost as the disputed charge Justfly[redacted] claims that a second set of identical reservations had been made immediately after the first ones were cancelled, but I didn't make a second set of reservations, because I'd been told that Justfly[redacted] had had a problem with my credit card

On 4/24/18 I booked two flights through Justfly***, Booking Reference Number [redacted] . A total of $1,168.64 was charged to my credit card in four separate charges - two charges of $511.97 on 4/27/18 for airfare, $108.70 for the booking and insurance and two charges of $18 for seat assignments. All of the charges were authorized and processed by Justfly***. On May 7, 2018 I received email notification that there was a problem with my flight, and it turns out Air Europa, the carrier, could not honor the return flight, therefore the flight they sold me was invalid. A refund was to be issued to my credit card, however the company is refusing to refund the insurance purchase and the seat selection fees. I called and demanded a full refund for everything I was charged and they refused. To date I have received a refund of the two $511.97 charges only. They were unable to deliver the flight I had purchased, and they need to refund all of my money.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon trip through [redacted] My husband then broke his leg and was not cleared to fly so we needed to reschedule The company gave us a travel credit to change our flight We understood that the destination needed to be the same and that the reservation needed to be made within the year We tried to reschedule our flight on line where they told us that there were no flights available I tried multiple dates We then tried to call the company to book, where they told us that there were actually flights available, but other restrictions that they could not explain We gave them a few other dates to look at The company told us those dates were not available I have checked on line and there are currently flights available on those dates with the airline that they are saying we must book through

I bought 2 one way flights ( [redacted] to Venice Italy, Catania, Sicily to ***) When I purchased them I entered the transactions in my financial software. The next day when I visited [redacted] 1 website to reconcile my account I found the two charges exactly as recorded plus two additional charges. They were all pending. After another day the charges were finalized including the two additional. I immediately contacted [redacted] ( [redacted] ) to resolve the issue. I was told the additional fees were for seat selection, trip cancellation insurance and correction in the flight airfare. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused. I was offered a token (approx $35) courtesy refund. I insisted the two added charges be reversed. The rep, [redacted] , stated that could not be done. Nor could I cancel the entire transaction.

JustFly advertises "hour cancellation" but then charges you for cancelling it within hoursI cancelled one flight that was $and they charged me $for cancellationThis is deceptive advertisingThey should not advertise as "hr cancellation" when they charge for itother airlines who provide this policy do not charge when advertising it this wayThis company is very deceptive and should be put out of business

On Sunday November 12, my wife and I booked a flight through Justfly [redacted] with trip cancellation insurance to Honolulu, HawaiiThis was $After paying for this flight we realized we booked the wrong destination in Hawaii, and paid for an additional flight to the right destination through justfly [redacted] for $We went to cancel our first flight on the internet through justfly,but our trip cancellation insurance didn't come into effect until the following day November 13, and justfly were charging $to cancelSo I decided to call United who the airfare tickets were with and cancel directly with themHowever, United were unable to cancel our flight and provide a refund as they did not have our payment, Justfly still had our moneyThe following day, November 13, my wife and I canceled our flight through Justfly where they charged us $cancellation fee, cancelled our trip cancellation insurance and told us wrong destinations are not covered and refused to give us a refund

This is the worst onine booking company for flights I have ever seen! Never ever use them!!! They billed my credit card four times in hours and when I called to complain they stated my card had declined itNopeFour pending charges that put my card over its limitThe man said he would fix it and send me an updated email concerning the chargesIn an hour I received an email cancelling my daughters flight! When I called to find out what the hell happened, I got an hour of run around, even after sending them screenshots of my four charges, and them saying my card declined them so what are they supposed to doWhen I confronted her about the screenshot showing the charges, she stated it was impossible because it was declinedShe hung up on me! Never ever ever use this companyI am thankful they screwed upI went directly to the airline and bought the tickets cheaper without the hassleOh, and if you need help, they speak broken English

I booked with Justfly [redacted] and it said 24 hour free cancellation, I made this reservation for my daughter, June 16th at 1:19 pm, today I wanted to cancel it is June 17th 11:24 PM. The day I made my reservation I called in and talked to a sales representative and asked her specifically that if I was too cancelled would I be able to cancel with no such penalty. She told me that there would be not fees at all and that I would get my money back, no problem. Today I had to forcefully cancel my flight because Panama (which is where we were flying) is having a flu epidemic that is fatal to children and elders, my daughter is a child and I did not want her to be exposed to that. All in all I called before the 24 hours and I was charged $75! The website and sales team said I would not be charged at all if I cancelled before 24 hours !
