I have been trying to get Chase Bank to correct reporting errors to the credit reporting agencies since May 2014. They responded to a consumer financial bureau complaint ID [redacted]) saying November 2007 is in fact the date of first delinquency. The date of first delinquency is used to determine when the credit reporting agencies will delete negative information. Chase is currently reporting the date of first Delinquency January 2008 for Equifax and February 2008 for Experian. They stated on the consumer financial protection complaint response that they would update the credit reporting agencies that the date of first delinquency was on November 2007. However, I just received a response from a dispute with Equifax that NO CHANGES would be made to my credit file from Chase Bank reporting, and the January 2008 date of first delinquency would remain. The carelessness of Chase is downright disturbing. I am filing complaints with the FCC and Florida Attorney General and am pursing legal action due to the financial harm and emotional distress this is causing me.

Chase shamelessly boasts its "0 liability on unauthorized charges," while deny customer's rightful request for credit of unauthorized charges. Chase claims that the merchant provide them with document showing that I initiated the order. It is absurd that I would order such product in June and wait until November to receive it. Further, the product was ordered for a patient with terminal disease, who was not expected to survive beyond September, 2014. In fact, by the time the package arrived me, the patient already passed away. And by filing a Revdex.com complaint against the merchant directly, the merchant has agreed to issue credit back to me. The merchant has indicated that a subscription terms were written in the 5-page long terms and conditions, which no reasonable customer making a one-time purchase would spent time reviewing. If brought into the court of law, this would be a contract of adhesion and cannot be honored. Chase failed to fulfill its duty of care to its customer by conducting reasonable investigation, and took some out-of-date record and the merchant's one side statement to deny my request. It is a company that does not deserve any trust. NO regards! [redacted] Chase!
