For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Someone from Chase Bank called me, but her voice was so faint, I could not understand her at all. She called twice and BOTH times, spoke so quietly, I could not understand what she said. She needs basic customer service training in how to talk to customers- clearly and succinctly.I am NOT going to pay the $39.85 on my account. That charge came two weeks AFTER I had paid the FULL amount of $6,442.81.

Not only did I have junkmail coming from Chase time and time again but now they felt making calls to me also would be better? They are completely missing the point. NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER, I will not accept a generic corporate response like a one-size-fits-all type of procedure. Yes I got the message from them on the answering machine. No I was not happy about it.

Revdex.com:I received the letter the business describes, but in it they totally ignored my issue with the website handing my checking account information over to a 3rd party. I have since spoken to them numerous times over the phone (after getting the letter) about the issue and I was last told they are currently "researching it" and will get back to me. This was about 2 weeks ago. I will give them another week and return here and detail my communications with them if they have not resolved it by then. In the mean time, please do not automatically close this complaint until the business gets back to me.

Recently, I am not in U.S. I travelled to other countries. I replied the email from Chase that don't call me because my phone number is not available if I am outside US. If they have any questions, just email me, I will definately reply. But I didn't receive any response. So I don't know how they want to solve the problem. Please let them send me email. Thanks.

AFTER getting some runaround and being told I was wrong. After I called Amazon who directly said that this was chases responsibility and chase was giving me a line. After calling back chase and telling them Amazon is working with me and will prove how it is chases responsibly. After a few more phone calls. I received the points I had stolen from chase (I have not checked yet) and nothing else to cover the many hours and issues.
Basicly until pushed against the wall by Amazon the attitude of the company was to tell me to go away...

While what they are doing (sending unwanted snail mail to my house & selling my address to 3rd parties) is borderline illegal - the email equivalent of this is illegal, at least, and I never authorized them to sell my name) I will wait out the 90 days and see if this actually sticks.
