I have never receive any response from Chase. It's so bad a retuable bank has customer service like this. Really disappointed!

Please see attached documents and I ask the business be a little more clear when discussing matters with me. Theres more than enough evidence in this matter to release me of financial liability and fix my credit report

Their response did not even address my issue. The disclaimer was read to me, but after the card was cancelled. The fees I encountered were not their fees, but fees from companies with whom I had set up automatic bill pay and the payments did not go through. Therefore, I do not accept their response.

I never received a response from Chase other than them telling me there was nothing they could do for me. This is a shady practice by a large corporation. I have WASTED numerous hours on the phone sorting bills and payments due to the ineptness of Chase, only to be told the situation would be handled by Chase and then it wasn't and I was charged late fees. I have since cancelled my Chase account and paid of all debts to Chase, even though the credit card was NEVER authorized to be opened.

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I also filed my complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  They asked what I would want to resolve the problem.  I stated: either the merchant who did the work or Chase would guarantee payment to have the part removed that the mechanic installed and an authorized BMW dealer install a factory part rather than a part that was Jerry-rigged together and to pay to have the stains removed from the leather seat on the passenger's side.  If they agreed to do that, I would pay the amount requested.  I was unable to return this response in the five days because I was at the FEMA Center in Emmitsburg, Maryland and I got injured.[redacted]

As of today, my Equifax credit report is still lacking all of Chase credit cards.  This has now been 4 months with absolutely no progress.  Is this going to take months, years until I have my credit reports fixed.
