I pre-ordered the items and they were supposed to ship over the last 60 days. The company has not returned my emails, nor have they answered their telephones. I was unable to dispute it within the first 60 days because it was a pre-order.

The business never answered the initial concern about fraud and never did follow up with me. Their response to this is incorrect. Overall I cannot access my account to my knowledge and their may still be fraudulent activity.

Problem:
I submitted a Revdex.com complaint back in February for this same matter of a Chase card number being purged from the system conveniently right when needed it for a warranty issue. I was contacted by Chase, specifically Z Williams on March 2nd who said she would look into it. They closed the Revdex.com issue without my consent and I haven't heard back from her despite several attempts on my part.

Problem:I had an issue with a merchant and the merchant said to dispute the charge and they would not argue with it but Chase didn't even bother contacting the merchant and denied a refund of the $1500. They are supposed to offer credit protection services but they didn't. When I called them, they said that they dropped the ball and it appeared that Chase was going to refund me since this was an error on their part. Nearly a year later, I am being told that the $1500 is coming my way but it has never arrived. I filed a complaint and they are now giving me a person to contact named [redacted] but he never answers the phone or returns my calls.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:I want my $1500 and in light of the length of time, interest as well.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have not received correspondence from the business, as it is well beyond the 5-7 day time frame outlined. It is well within the scope of JPMorgan Chase bank's underwriters to lower the interest rate on the credit card I have, as well as increase the limit on my card. As mentioned previously, I have had a spotless relationship with Chase bank and have received offers from other creditors for more favorable terms, however, I would rather not have another card account to monitor.

The business issued a "courtesy credit" and continues to deny the dispute. Because the courtesy credit is cancelled debt, the business has informed it is obligated to report it to the IRS and will issue a 1099-C at the end of the year, which obligates me to pay taxes on the courtesy credit of $815.01. I used the Chase credit card to make a purchase and received an empty box for the money I paid. Now I have to pay taxes on the $815.01 when Chase should have honored the timely dispute in the first place? This is an unfair business practice.
