The reason for using credit card is to safeguard buyers interest - should the transaction not meet our expectations. The credit card company has failed to protect buyer's interest and hence resulted in loss of trust and confidence in using this card for any future transactions.

[redacted] I have not received information from Chase, as of yet, but there is nothing they can say to me that would smooth over charging me for this fraudulent service that I did not sign up for in 2006. They have lied to me and so has TLG. Chase should have NEVER told me to contact TLG over these fraudulent charges. Chase is now telling me that my beef is with TLG and not them. TLG is lying to me and telling me over the phone that I have contacted them about their service and never mentioned canceling it. This is a lie! So neither of them wants to accept responsibility for this matter and they are passing the buck to each other so that I never find help. This is downright criminal!

Spoke to [redacted] from Chase it took her 1  week to return my call and that's because, I continued to call her daily to resolve my matter. Now, when [redacted] called me she didn't give me time me to explain the situation. [redacted] was very rude and unprofessional and started by stating her name and stating she has looked at the notes and they cannot do anything for me. I was told I should have called Visa within 14 days to resolve this matter. I am so, disappointed with this company  and I have given business too for many years. Every time I speak with someone from chase I'm being told something different this makes me sick to my stomach that a business is being handled in this way. I would like someone else from Chase to do a full investigation and provide me with
a full refund. I have a Chase letter granting my husband a refund from Bahia Principe yet, I have provided full documentation and am being denied.

I have requested from this Robert person to send an email or a voicemail with some actual resolve. Nothing, no resolve. No more calls to even make an attempt. I thought I had to create another Revdex.com complaint about this company because I have got no where. Again, all I want is them to send a bill, pick up my call, have some communication! If Slate is not willing to inform me how to repay, then make the balance $0 (zero) and I will move on.
