So I requested a refund on Aug *** and I signed up on the *** they emailed me same day saying to fill out a bitcoin refund sheet because I made the purchase with BTC. They said they would take 7-10 buisness days. So I thought I was good and I get my money back but no every time I contact support they keep saying it been sent and I need not to worry but after waiting past the date that they said I'd BE REFUNDED IM FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY. Mind you Its September and still no refund Although it been past 10 buisness days. They pretty much stole my 225 because they entirely stopped responding to me so Im just going to report them.

I requested a refund on August *** they told me it would take anywhere between 7-10 business days. So after the 10 day I still didn’t get my refund I told support then they said oh bitcoin takes longer but you guys have a form that I filled stating it would only be 7-10 days. Support pretty much said sorry for the delay didn’t tell me when I’d be expecting it and when I message them now they don’t respond. So from Aug *** to now I still haven’t got my refund. They don’t reply anymore so I’m under the assumption they just don’t want to give my money back.

I want my money now it’s been almost a month. Like what other reason would I be here. Judging from all the same complaints I see on here this is a reoccurring problem with this company. They need to be checked out for real because everyone knows Christopher terry is a scammer

As a company, we collect Bitcoin for payments, but the process of refunding Bitcoin often requires procuring Bitcoin as the company does not hold Bitcoin reserves. Depending on the number of requests, and availability of supply, and times of transfer from supplier the process can take a little longer than intended.

“I need that money back I no longer need your services right now, my bill was do on the *** and it was inactive because I took the money off my bank account so that I won’t be charged yet thinking that when you mark my account as inactive it would cancel my subscription I literally just put that money in my account to pay my rent and no less then 10 hours later u guys *** it before I could even pay my rent please refund my money back on my card”
I sent this message to the contact support on IML and I haven’t received any email back. I didn’t want to continue the service with them and they just *** the money from my account even tho my account was purposely inactive can someone please help my I scared I won’t be able to pay my rent because of this inconvenience.

My daughter sent her money, which was $225 to her sponsor by the name of Cydni P and then Cydni sent it to Imarketslive but afterwards my daughter received an email saying that she couldn't participate because she was under 18. Ok now my thing is if she was under 18 then why take her money to begin with. Well the money was sent on July , 2019 and was requested for a full refund on July , 2019. She has emailed support several times since July *** regarding her refund and not one person has emailed her back nor have they tried to reach out to let her know what was going on with her money. I have looked at a lot of complaints about customers not receiving their money back from this company nor are they contacting them. I am requesting A FULL REFUND of my child's money from this company just as she sent it to them.

I emailed iml to cancel my subscription a day after I purchased the platinum package and they replied saying my email was being processed. I deactivated my account and canceled my subscription and still no follow up email or refund.

Hi, I was scammed by this company through their telegram trading bot community called ***. I was introduced by a guy who called himself Cedric D (who is a great blogger on youtube) with also his picture on the telegram app and claiming to be the real deal. he sended me the referral link to sign up for this trading bot. he also send me the company website and his youtube channel to check him out. By now I think this guy is just an impostor and isnt Cedric at all. I read all on the company website and got the bot. they state daily returns that can be withdrawed every day. So in the bot on telegram you should choose a cryptocurrency to invest in. I choose BTC (bitcoin) then I got a popup that gave an adress to deposit the bitcoin to. and in this popup is also stated the minimum amount to invest is 0,05btc which is 512 usd at the moment. I thought this was to much so I clicked this popup away and tried another coin (ETC) the ETC coin had a minimum to buy in of 22 ETC which is 131 USD. I thought this is worth the try. So I transferred the ETC from my currenct exchange to the adress mensioned in the IML bot app. When you transfer crypto over the internet you always have to pay a little fee so to be sure I transferred 23 ETC so the minimum of 22 will get there.
Ok so now 22.96ETC has been transferred to them. In the Bot you can push a button to see your current balance but there was no ETC there. It stated 0,0000 ETC, so you can start a telegram chat with support to ask questions. so I did. They told me it was received but it wasnt exactly 22ETC And it has to be exactly 22. (so what happend to the minimum of 22 and you can always invest more) but ok I still believing at that point. I transferred again but then watched carefully that with the fees calculated there should be 22 etc left exactly. so this was done..
after some hours I asked support again about my balance. and they told me, I have a pending btc investment I need to pay first. But I was like I didnt invest that.
so with a lot of talking to the support and other customers in the telegram group 200+ people (i randomly choose a few people to talk about this whole thing they convinced me that because I initially pushed the invest button on btc (and then found out it was minimal 0,05btc and clicked it away the system sees that as you agreed on investing this.. so I was like.. hmm its not okay to suprise people like that, but because the people in the app group supported this feature I went along and send 0,05btc (a little more because of the fees for transfer). so now I got a message my etc was up and running. and I could see it on my balance. but the btc still was empty. so I asked support again whats the deal here. They told me I didnt pay the maintenance fee. And I was like what maintenance fee? I didnt agree on that? where is this stated etc etc. so I talked again to a few from the chatroom and they told me they also had to pay this first one time fee to get things started. they asked 0,04 btc for this, which is 409usd extra. So I was very angry and doubtfull... if I dont pay I wont be getting my 0,05btc back ever.. and if I pay I my loose it all. so I slept on it and figured ok and I send this 0,04btc. I actually tranferred a little bit more to be sure the 0,04 was ok. I told the support to pls get the 0,04 for their s called maintenance and send the rest to my btc account.
After that I saw that my etc account wasnt growing at all like is stated on their website of daily profits 5-8%. so I asked support about this aswell as releasing my btc on the btc bot.
they told me the etc will grow... and for the btc.. their system said I again have pending btc investments that I need to pay before the bot can start. This time it was even 2 investments of 0,05 btc each (so 0,1btc again) ok at this time I got angry. but stayed polite and tried to reason with the support guy and explain to him I did not pressed the invest button more then once and I paid that in full. Also the day before that I told them no more surprises and they told me yes this is all to release the bot. Also in the bot when you press the invest button a popup comes up and asks which coin you want to invest in. if you choose btc a popup wil be placed in the bot app chat with the adress you can copy to make the transaction. I still have the entire telegram chat where of course only once in the beginning this popup is placed. once for etc and once for btc.

Ok so because you should have full acces to your account when the money is in your balance I off course tried to withdraw it with the function thats in this bot. untill now it hasnt withdrawen my etc from there back to me. And of course my btc account is still at 0.
I have the transactions from my wallet on my trading exchange to prove I send these amounts of etc and btc to their adress and also screenshots of the entire conversation in the bot and chat with the support.

so I asked them kindly to refund me in full and gave them my binance exchange adress to send it to. but th only thing they keep telling me is that I have to pay them the additional 0,1btc and then all will be good..

so now I need some help.
its very hard for me to believe that this chatroom from IML with 200+ people in it are all in this together scamming people all together..

There is also a public group app where I openly asked the support how to get your money out, and my post got deleted and I was kicked out. I cant join anymore either. I have been blocked now.

pls let me know where I could send all the screenshots that I have to put this criminal organization to a halt.

A refund has been issued through the MaxiCash system. Once a refund is issued we do not have control over how long it takes. Normally these refunds are received in 7 to 10 business days. If it is taking a longer amount of time I would recommend reaching out to MaxiCash and asking them the status with your order ID

I changed my e mail on my IML account. I forgot to update my IML account with my new e mail address. I couldn’t remember my password and needed a password reset. I contacted compliance via e mail and after sending my photo ID’s they told me I cannot get back into my account nor will the help me unless I send an e mail from the e mail account I no longer have access to. I paid $160 for training information I now have no access to and an added option total $200 Either I need a refund or they need to open my account

Notice how all the positive reviews are recent with several on the same day? That’s because IML begged and pleaded for people to leave a positive reviews to cover up all the bad reviews.
Chris T is a former construction guy whose family has ties to illegal criminal activity. He got out the construction business and went into an mlm that was shut down by the government in a billion dollar ponzi scheme. He then stole this idea from a company called Wealth Generators based in Utah. He even convinced (paid) many of the top recruiters to leave Wealth Generators and join IML. Wealth Generators sued IML. All of this is documented.
Many people that join IML can’t afford it. Yet that are told by associates that with just $1000 invested they can quit their jobs. People are trading with $100 thinking they are going to become rich. On their website they say “Trading is risky. You can lose all your investment “ But in reality their associates tell people to join with dreams of becoming wealthy with a minimal investment.
Now they are charging people in Bitcoin! Bitcoin is up 300% in the last 3 months. That means if you paid $219 in bitcoin in March that same bitcoin is worth almost $700. Are they refunding the bitcoin you sent? Or are the refunding the dollar amount and keeping the rest of your bitcoin? This is a scam within a scam. Few people are making money by trading. The company is focused on recruiting and selling a dream.

Great company. Been with them for a year and I cannot begin to tell you the value of the education that I've received. I feel so blessed to have been introduced into this company. Great support system and I'm on a great team. Looking forward to the future.

I recently joined iML but I won’t e able to continue the process righ now so I was trying to send an email o the email listed stating I can get my money 100% back guaranteed but the email isn’t working and I don’t know any other way to get in touch with them so that I can receive my refund BEFORE the 7 days are up!

I have been a student in their Academy for 14 months now. The education is second to none on teaching you how to trade. But what I love most is their live TV that allows me to interact with expert traders/educators in real time as they are analyzing the market and placing trades themselves. I’m able to ask questions and further my understanding of the markets. Secondly, having access to their Harmonic Scanner software which is analyzing the Forex and cryptocurrency markets and pointing me to trade setups so I can make informed investment decisions is priceless. The value that they have provided to me and my family has been amazing.

I subscribed to imarketslive on may *** for their forex class, however I cancelled my subscription before the seven days refund lifeline. I was given a maximum of 20 days to get back my refund which has since expired yet I don't have my refund yet. My IML ID is *** and my username is agboolafx. Thanks

I emailed Imarketlive amount a refund and to close my account in May and it going on June. They told me it’ll take 10-15 days to receive my refund being that I paid with bitcoin. I told them if it was going to be an issue I can give them my card information so my refund can be processed on my card. They would not provide me with a number for someone to assist me or an email so I can contact the finance department. I still have not receive my 217.94 refund and I would like to get this resolve immediately.

Unfortunately, this does not specifically tell me when I will be receiving my refund back and your policy word from word is “It will take 3-5 business days to process then another 10-15 business days to receive depending on the payment method.” If this is a professional this policy should be upheld in all aspects and being that it’s been going on a month to receive $220 is unacceptable.

Bitcoin, Skrill and Maxicash purchases usually take longer.
