I signed up for IML this Monday 9//2019 to start getting involved in trading but after a day I realized it is just not for me and I would like to cancel my account and get my money back because I saw on your website that you get you money back in 7 days if you not satisfied and it hasn’t been 7 day. I have emailed support several times to try to handle this and haven’t gotten a response please contact me back asap with feedback thank you. Have a great night

I requested a refund from IML on September , as I was still in the 7 day refund policy window, and they got back to me the next day with the steps I needed to get a refund. I paid using bitcoin and was told that after I filled out the bitcoin request form I could expect an email within 10 business days with my refund, and being that it is September , those 10 days have now passed and still no email with the bitcoin refund. I emailed the IML support twice and I have yet to receive a response as to why I haven't received my refund yet. I just want to make sure that I am going to receive back the $225 that I paid to them.

I signed up and I wasn’t satisfied by what I was buying so they said they had a refund policy in the first 7 days or purchase. I canceled my subscription and filled for the refund emailed them and got a response which said I would get my funds back in a couple weeks. It’s been over two months now and still haven’t received refund!!! And the won’t respond to me anymore!

I contact customer service that I enroll with a mentor I know but they say they didn’t get an email about my enroll. An email say that they receive my email and reviews it but that was about 4 hours ago and no one contact me yet.

IMarkets Live is committing 'False Advertising' by not refunding my $225 initial payment (Platinum Package).

For the past 3 months, I have been patient by providing all requested information (License, Bitcoin Address, Email, IML Account # etc). The representatives have given me a "run around" process by telling me that my money would be refunded within an allotted time, however, give a different excuse once they didn't comply on their end to return my $225.

I have an extensive length of emails documenting their methodology to avoid paying me. Despite their lack of customer service and support as a successful business with integrity, I still need and would like my $225 returned.

The response provided is the EXACT response I have now received twice from "***" & "***". IMarketsLive continues to provide a generic customer service email that doesn't affirm that an adequate person will resolve this delayed issue. Moreover, the same form (via link provided) has now been completed twice (please see attachment).
Given that I have provided IMarketsLive the correct form twice, provided all adequate documents, and still am still given the same response , I do not expect anything to change. I do believe the company wants to continue to "pass" the problem around in an attempt to stall this problem out while providing more excuses that their "financial department" is going through changes.
My request has been very simple from Day 1, I canceled before 7 days and would like my funds of $225 returned. A resolved response would be that "your $225 has now been sent", not another method to negate paying my owed funds of $225.

I put in a request for a refund on August *** 4 days after having the subscription so I was still in the 7-day refund period. It has been well over 10 business days and I STILL haven’t received my refund. This is ridiculous! I just want my money back!
