I purchased the platinum package and was unsatisfied. The very next day I requested a refund and waited the 48 hours it would take for a reply,as stipulated on their websites customer service section . It’s been 5 days since my refund request and I’ve heard nothing from the company. The phone numbers were fake and they never replied to any of me emails.

As mentioned in our previous response, we are not making refunds to the Bitcoin platform anymore. All payments via Bitcoin are final and non-refundable effective January , 2020. Due to this, a message prompt was made available on the IM Academy back office that reminds every customer of the policy before they make a purchase.
It is true that we issue refunds before, and that screenshot you provided was a response to a refund request prior to the said effective date.
Attached in this email also is a screenshot from our refund policy stating that "The company offers a seven (7) day, 100% Money Back, and Satisfaction Guarantee to all subscribers. (with the exception of Bitcoin Payments - due to the nature of Bitcoin payments these cannot be refunded)."

Ponzi scheme! Pyramid! A crook is a crook however you call it. They took 2 payments within a weeks time. I canceled immediately. They kicked me off the platform but have yet to refund my money. I had to wait a week for them to email me a response. All their emails were generic and repetitive. I’m still waiting 2 months later for my refund. I’m going on social media next but I’m sure they’re used to these complaints by now and are insulated from it at this point. ????????????????????????????
IML is a scam. I have emailed them several times requesting a refund for a product I paid for but turned out to be extremely unsatisfactory. they have not responded to any of my emails, my user had been blocked and the phone numbers provided do not even work. I am afraid that failure to resolve in these problems in good timing will result in legal action for false advertisement and customer deception. This isn’t right at all

I opened a new account with the platinum package but was mistakenly charged for the elite package. I emailed them 4 times with no response until the 5th email over the course of the week after signing up. I called the phone number on their website and was greeted by a state farm rep who hung up on me multiple times. I request a refund in all my emails for the difference between the packages. There online chat was offline all week 9-5(est) during their operating hours. I finally received an email saying my request would be sent to the refund department and it’s 4 days later still no update or change shown in my bank account . And no email update from the refund department that Julio S (IM support) said he would send me to.

I have purchased the platinum membership I'm IM academy, but I soon realized that it's not something I'm much interested in. I have read the policies of refund or cancellation of the membership, stating that if within the 7 days after purchasing a membership in the IM academy, I may receive my full payment of about $280 something. I purchased it Thursday Feb 6, and I've written an email Saturday stating I want a refund. It's now Tuesday and I have still have gotten no response. I need help in getting my money back I'm low on money and need it as soon as possible. If you can help me please, help.

I signed up with IMarketsLive last Thursday 01//2020 as part of a trading group. Initially I was happy with the use of IML’s many products, until I decided to change trading groups. In order to do that, I’d need to deactivate my current IML account and retrieve my refund. That way I’d be able to re-sign with my new trading group. On Tuesday 02//2020 I deactivated my IML account online and emailed “***” giving notice of my account deactivation. Being that this was within the 7 day grace period, I requested my full refund. Although I received an email confirmation, I have yet to hear from any representative regarding my account cancellation. Their contact number listed online seems to be incorrect as it leads to a car insurance sales company.

I enrolled into imarkets live to start trading for forex. When I enrolled I signed up under a persons link(Kambrell white). I wasn’t aware that when you sign up under a persons link they get credit for it. Because Kambrell isn’t who referred me to Imarkets I wanted to cancel and resign up under the correct link. When I enrolled I was told I get 7 days to cancel my subscription and get refunded my $200. I canceled my subscription the same day I started it. But when I emailed Imarkets support team for refund, they emailed back said they are working on it. But no one has contacted me since. I’ve sent multiple emails since December of 2019. I’ve requested to speak to a supervisor and that has not happened. I even warned them that I will report them if I don’t get my refund. I still haven’t received a refund or an email back with a status update.

Well back in November of last year I joined IML without knowing all the information that was needed to do well in the company.So with that being said I decided to get a better understanding first and requested my refund in the correct window I was given. A couple days later I received emails from IML saying they would look at it and get me my refund as soon as possible.Then soon the days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months and I have not yet received my refund .They have been rude and have ignored my emails this month and I still don’t see where I was wrong in this incident.I followed the correct procedures and did everything in my power to revive my refund .I have reached out in countless emails but still the same response.”Someone will review it “

I paid for a subscription for this company and decided after testing out their product I did not want to continue. So I initiated a refund request in August 2019, it is now January 2020 and I have still not received my money back from this company. I’ve emailed multiple times and they just keep beating around the bush, first they said my request was initiated and it would take 10-15 business days. After that period of time passed I emailed them again for them to tell me they updated their refund policy and in order to receive one I would have to fill out a google docs form and then wait 10-15 business days to receive a follow up email about that. Recently they said they are going to contact the financial department to see what is taking place with my refund.

I filed their form that needed to be done in their 7 day return policy. After that, I waited 10 business days. MIND you this was filed December *** it’s January *** and I have yet to receive my refund. My lawyer is filling a lawsuit against Imarket.

I signed up with the company in November, 2019 and was double charged the enrollment fee of $199.00. I requested a refund for the second charge on my account, but due to poor customer service I decided to not do business with the company, and requested for my account to be closed and to receive a full refund (for the initial enrollment fee and for the second charge, totaling $398.00). After a long battle, the company refunded me the full amount that was charged to my account. I then deactivated my account, removed my banking information, and deactivated automatic withdrawals from my checkings account in December, 2019. On January , 2020, the company withdrew $199.00 from my checkings account, without my permission, causing my account to be negative and for me to be charged an overdraft fee from my bank. I contacted the company via Instant Message (due to there being no telephone number) and was informed to send an email to IMarkets support team. Like before, no one responded to my email. The last time this happened to me it took several days for anyone to help me and I had to constantly repeat myself. My account was supposed to be closed and terminated, but somehow the company was able to withdraw monies from my account with an electronic check, without my authorization.

I joined the IM academy using ACH and they said they’d charge after 7 days . IM academy charged me the next day I signed in to their account and living me with a with drawl in my bank account when I email or call them non of their numbers are valid neither are there emails when I’m requesting for a refund . Im still waiting on my refund of $169.00 for registering for a Forex Training Academy in which I never completed nor even started. I requested my refund within the first seven days of registering. Could the business please reach out to me with a response. Im unsatisfied of the lack of communication amongst the staff at this business.

In November I emailed to check the update on the refund and then they told me that they were having issue with the changes in the payment options. It was payed with bitcoin and I learned that I could have the option to switch to ACH for full refund since I live in the United States to make it easier. I emailed them back about it and still they haven't responded back regarding my request. On December I submitted a Revdex.com complaint form for them to reply and they responded that I would get it within 7 business days and they never did keep up with the promise. This is a refund that I need as soon as possible, not wait months after months. If this doesn't occur then legal action will occur.

I joined the IMarketLive last November 2019. Someone posted on facebook and give the link of the facebook page name VIRGINIA L. C. She said, she is one of the account manager in IML. We had a good conversation and because of her flowering words. I was deceived. She gave me a matrix about the said investment and told me that I can have my return of investment after 5 days but until now I did get even a single money from the company. They already demanded me for so many payments like it already reached at around $4500 for the processing and the systems that I must buy in order to get my money back but until now I still don't have my money. I wanted to have a refund but Ms. Virginia L. C refused and still demanded me for more and more payments.
