I started my subscription on April *** and I just canceled today (April ***) I wasn’t satisfied with the service and I just wanted my money back . They gave a 7 day refund policy but I have no way of contacting them. I called and got no answer and I emailed them and they told me I have to submit a ticket in back office but my account is closed so I can’t do that. Please help!

Canceled my account within the 7 days and it’s been a month with no refund still. Only get automatic emails so haven’t been able to contact the company.

I had joined the platinum package 4 days ago and turns out It was not for me so I was told by a mentor that if I cancel and close my account I will get my refund in 7 days. Iv been emailing support to get a confirmation on that but I haven’t heard anything from them in 4 days. I really need my refund to pay bills that I have

I ordered the Elite Pack on April , 2020 for $324.94 and I decided I did not want to do this anymore. Per their Refund Policy, I am able to receive a 100% refund for 7 days so I contacted support 2 days ago and have yet to hear from them. Today is the *** day and I am about to deactivate my account just in case it goes to the *** day without a response and then I am not able to get my money back.

Last week Wednesday April *** I signed up for the platinum package as a customer. I was aware that if I wanted a refund I’d have to cancel within the 1st seven days. Some personal issues came up and therefore I couldn’t continue in the business. On Monday the *** I requested to cancel I even checked off the box saying I didn’t want to remain active and was okay losing whatever members had signed up after me. But today Tuesday the ***. The person who I signed up under told me that my account still says it’s active. I emailed support and got an automated email back telling me further steps to take in order for my email to reach them. Tomorrow will make the 7th day since my initial payment. This refund is time sensitive and it’s important that I’d get it back. I’m just not sure at all why it would still say active when I cancelled the account yesterday.

I have paid for a subscription but was unable to utilize it .
I’ve emailed imarketslive multiple times and I haven’t even received an email back it’s been over a month now

On April , 2020 I purchased the Platinum Pack subscription for $234.95. I went through the website to see what it was all about and was not satisfied. I requested for a refund the next day, April , 2020. When I tried to contact customer service by email, it sent an automatic response saying that a ticket needed to be created in order for them to respond via Live Chat. I created the ticket and waited 20 minutes and once I was supposed to be texting via Live chat with a customer service representative, it was automatic responses which means that I could not inform them on my exact issue. I would just like the full amount refunded to my account.

Signed up for the 234.95 membership yesterday and it was totally different of what I believed it was going to be. I have canceled my membership and I need my refund back

I just got in to iml and after two days I realized it's not really interesting anymore and im trying to get a refund they haven't send me any email regarding my refund even though I followed their policy of deactivating before 7 days were up please help and thank you.

I canceled my membership and is supposed to get a refund and I want to make sure I get my refund because some people didn’t get theirs.

I initiated a refund for a service I purchased in September of 2019 for $165 worth of bitcoin and I have yet to receive a refund I have 15-20 emails between support saying I would receive the refund "soon" for months I waited. Then I was fed up and re-emailed support to complain and was then told in March of 2020 my account was reinstated (my account was deleted due to initiation for refund to process) and to add a bitcoin wallet address on the account to receive my refund in 2 Fridays. I followed those instructions and STILL have not received a refund and and the business is no longer responding to my emails. Over half of year with no refund so much for a 7 day refund policy that was initiated within 24 hours of purchase is complete fraud. They will not refund me because I had to use bitcoin to purchase this service as my bank would not allow me to use this service. Now it all makes sense why.

I would like to get my refund. I signed up for Im academy and I bought a hfx package. I bought it on April *** and I have 7 days to ask for a refund.

I canceled my subscription through the online portal. The next month I received and email that said that I was charge $169, plus a resulting overdraft fee of $25, for product NA. This means that they charged me for a non applicable product, AFTER I already canceled my subscription.

I reached out to support and was told multiple times that I would receive a refund. I was originally told this back in January’s. It is now April and I have yet to receive a refund. Additionally, because they kept holding me off, I am no longer able to dispute the charge with my bank.

The order number in their response does not match the order number of my complaint. Nor does it match the dates. In my attachment, I have provided screen shots of all charges and refunds I received by from IMarkets since November 2019. At the top of the first image you will see the charge and overdraft fee my complaint references. I have also provided screen shots of the email thread between support and I. You will see that there were multiple times that they told me that my refund was "already processed" and each time they reference different dates. I have also provided screenshots of the original confirmation I received for the unknown product charge. Throught out the document, you will see that all dates are AFTER the date they claimed I received my refund in their response here.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

I am on my 7th day of my subscription. So within the 7 day policy. However, I emailed IML to receive my refund and they keep sending me through different hoops, saying that I cannot receive it through each hoop. One of the emails also couldn’t be found when I tried to send an email. I just want my money back.

I purchased the Platinum Package from this company for $235. This company has a link on their website with information on Refunds to the fact that every customer has the right to deactivate their account and therefore receive a refund for that $235 and we get 7 days to do so. I have already deactivated my IM Academy account throughout those 7 days and It’s been days past it now and I have not received my refund for what I paid for. I seek that this gets resolved as soon as possible as I need my money back.
