I joined IML in hopes of learning how to trade and their whole “Earn as you learn” initiative. However, this is not the case I have been in and I have not earned anything this is very complicated. I was put in a telegram chat where they don’t talk about trading and there is no one for me to reach out to for help. The person I went in under has not responded to my messages at all. I joined iMarkets Live with the intentions of learning how to trade Forex and even take advantage of the residual income opportunity. However, I quickly learned that learning Forex would take up little more time than I would like to dedicate at this point in time, so I decided to hop out in time enough to receive the refund within the 7-day period. I received a receipt for my initial payment of $324.94 on May , 2020. After deciding that trading was not for me at this time, I sent an email to *** on May ,2020 and received instructions telling me to "open a ticket in my back office". After searching through the back office high and low, I did not find ANYWHERE to "open a ticket". I proceeded to utilize the virtual support chat box in the back office and did not get the answers I needed. I then proceeded to go ahead and cancel my account because I didn't want to miss the 7-day deadline. After reading the responses to other complaints online, I decided to wait 21 days for the refund to appear in my account. As of today, June *** 2020, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND!

I got 8 people to join IML which is a forex academy to teach people how to trade but we decided to leave within the 7days refund policy that they have but we still haven’t got our money back it said 7-10 business days and none of us got our money back.

On May *** at 4:41 p.m I signed up to join IMarketslive. A few ours hours later I gave it some thought and realized that forex trading was not for me. At 8:45 p.m that night I made a request for an immediate cancelation and refund of payments. A week went by and I heard nothing from the support team. June *** at 5:59 p.m I made a second attempt for a cancelation and refund, again I got no response or confirmation. Today I decided to phone them, only to realize that they do not answer calls but refer callers back to email.
This process has been very frustrating for me. I'm a 17 year old student with very little earnings. All I want is my hard earned money back.

I joined the IM academy with a friends referral. I did not feel the worth of Paying $325 for the course that was provided. I wanted to cancel my subscription and get my refund. My trading was completed, about to get my profits and IMarketsLive send an email saying that I should pay for the cost of transfer amounting to $4,000. I already paid the upfront fee amounting to $3,000 dated June *, 2020 and the company is not confirming my payment. From June *, 2020 until today, I am sending them messages but got no reply. It's already disappointing on my part because I am pregnant and I needed my money sent immediately so that I could prepare for my hospital bills. I terminated my account and e-mailed support at *** to refund my money since I am within the 7 day trial period. I already deleted my card and billing info so they can't charge me anymore and terminated my account. I received an e-mail from support saying they will not OPEN my email unless I log and create a ticket! This is absurd! I tried calling the phone number, pressed option 1, and the recording say there is no one available to take my call and to e-mail support at the same e-mail I already sent a message to! I signed up with iMarketlive and paid a fee of $324.94 on 04//2020. I later sent an email to cancel the subscription 6 days later on 04//2020 at 20:15 EDT. The company has a refund policy wthin 7 days. According to their refund policy, a refund can only be requested online (which I did) and an ackowledgement was received from Linda (an IM support agent) on 04//2020 at 20:32 EDT. Here is their policy - The Company offers a seven (7) days Money Back Guarantee for all subscription payments made to IML (from their website) - ***. Below is the actual response to me:

I PURCHASED THE PLATINUM PACKAGE AND CANCEL 2 days latter because it was not what I expected. There policy is that you’ll receive a refund if you cancel within 7 days. I emailed them and no confirmation or response. The 7 days are coming to the end and all I want is my refund

My intention with joining IM Academy was to learn Forex... After inquiry, I sought out additional information about the company and how the products/services work. I spoke with my contact via phone as well as her upstream to get a gauge of what they do, the expected time input, and knowledge outcomes of the available training resources.
I paid the initial payment of $324.95 (6//2020) for the Elite Package. Upon payment, I was granted access to the IM Academy site/google classroom, and was told to download a host of other iPhone apps/resources that would give me access to training strategies and signals relevant to the charts/forex training process and learning strategies from top traders.
I expressed concern to my upsteam that the combined products/services were not what I was looking for. I noticed that the products/services offered do not tailor to the training of ForEx trading for those that are interested in learning the skill vs those learning how to take advantage of the products to process given signals. Thus, I requested a refund from *** on today 6//2020 at 12:53 PM (Mid-day). The Bot support advisor told me I am ineligible for a refund because I was outside of the 7 day window. However, I find this to be untrue; today is the 7th day. The IM website states the following:

So, may understanding is that if I canceled, deactivated, and requested a refund before 11:53 PM on the 7th day from date of purchase, I'd be WITHIN the 7-day window per the above statement: "If a subscriber is dissatisfied with the service for any reason, the subscriber may receive a refund within seven (7) days of the subscriber's initial purchase, for a full refund of the purchased price. Again, I requested a refund today 6//2020 at 12:53 PM (Mid-day).

Hello,
I’m sending this regarding a refund for cancelling my account within the allotted 7 day time frame. My account has been canceled since May ***, it is now June ***, and I have yet to receive my refund or even be contacted from this institution regarding the matter. I want my money back, as soon as possible. I understand that issuing refunds can take some time and online the organization advises that it could take up to 21 business days for the money to return into my account however they also advise that the moment the account is canceled within the 7 day time frame the refund is basically automatically issued. If so then why a month later am I still waiting for responses to my emails about the matter. I have not been able to get ahold of one person. And quite frankly I’m pissed. This was a distasteful experience. I wanted to learn how to trade, and this was not that. It has now been 23 business days later and still nothing. Again I have reached out on multiple occasions, have been patient and given it time, but the fact that the only communication I have received in all of this is an outdated email about joining for a seminar that has already passed is irritating. I signed up May *** and cancelled/terminated my account May ***. I do really wish this would have been different, as I really really wanted to learn now how to trade, as stated before. Now I just want my money back as soon as possible.

I signed up to IM academy on the *** May 2020 with hopes to learn Forex Trading only to start working through and find it that the platform was not for me personally. On the *** May 2020, 4 days after my initial purchase, I went onto my profile and deactivated my account with hopes of receiving a refund in 10-15 business days. It has been 3 weeks/15 business days and I have still not received my refund. I'm not sure if the company has taken my money for good or if it is expected to take longer than the time I anticipated. I have tried contacting the company via email however have had no luck, and they do not answer their telephone. This is ridiculous as I spent £180 on the subscription and to me that's a huge sum of money, especially during the current circumstances of Covid-19, therefore I would really love some kind of response and my money back.

I joined IMarketslive and subscribed to the HFX academy on June .I noticed that its not the right thing for me and I wanted to get a refund so I deactivated my account and cancelled the subscription,but on the Websites FAQ it says to email for a refund and it has to be before the 7 days is over so I did but I got no response back no email on the refunding process or nothing and time is passing I don't want my money to go to the floor.

I asked for a refund in may 3 for a monthly suscription, I paid in may 1 164600 clp, the monthly suscription is supossed 175 usd, as you can see at this link *** (dolar value in my country) between april *** and may the max usd value was 1 usd = 846,3 and now I will add 15 clp that is my card change fee, so 1 usd = 861.3, so they charged me like 191 usd, I think that they charged me 200 usd that is the initial payment, because I not see other explanaiton because the usd NEVER has surpassed 1000clp. This is not the initial problem, because in may I asked for a refund because I needed the money for my family due to covid19, and they asked me to wait 15 days (business day), I didnt notice at the time that they charged me wrong, well I been waiting 34 days and with that I notice that, I been insisting but they response is the same, that are delays because covid19, but I think I waited enough, because now 1usd= 815 clp, so if they refund me 175 usd (that again, not possible because they charged me like 200usd) are like 142730, im not willing to recieve LESS money that I paid, because I did everything that your refund police says. so im waiting for my FULL refund of 164000 clp which guarantees the return policy
