I requested a refund per their policy within 7 days of enrollment, in the amount of $234.95. I was assured by the individual who enrolled me that I would be refunded within 2-3 business days. I sent an e-mail to *** and received an automated message unrelated to my request and no follow up. When I didn't receive a response, I located 2 separate e-mail addresses: *** and ***; both of which were undeliverable. The Contact Us page on their website is also not working.

I’m trying to collect my refund from this organization however they direct you to a support feature that does not exist so in actuality not giving you an ability attain a refund. Even though they advertise their seven day money back guarantee even though I’m in my second day

I bought their platinum package for $234 USD and I canceled it the next day which is within their 7 days refund guarantee policy but its been 2-3 weeks and I haven't got my money back yet. I want my refund.

I canceled my account before the 7 day money back guarantee was over and never received my money back. The phone number they have listed every time I called it said they cant take my call and every time I emailed them I got a message saying the email was not valid.

Someone from this business signed me up for an “account” with them, using my personal email address. Refused to assist when I contacted about the identity theft. No way to delete my account other than emailing an address that bounces back as no longer valid. Beware!!!
Hi I would like a refund from iml academy this was proposed to me as a way to make money during the pandemic but there were key points missed out I had no idea that money would be tooken out of my account automatically and I haven't even learned anything about how to trade just how to recruit I feel as if I was scammed for my hard earned money please return all payments made on my account email me so I can give account information thank you

A person invited me to join the im marketslive academy, he promised me that while learning how to trade I would be earning money from the first week and that they would be helping me. As soon as I subscribed they entered me into a WhatsAap group where they only talked about recruiting more people. nothing to do with trading. to do so they ask you to watch videos only. and if you have doubts nobody helps you. yesterday I was sending emails to ask how I can I get my full refund they never answered. Hello everyone, to all who have and have not commented. Imarketslive is not completely a pyramid scheme. They do heavily rely on recruiting, but you just have to be lucky to find the right mentor who is actually interested in teaching you and not just recruiting you for the residuals. If you had a good mentor to actually help you achieve your goal of wanting to learn forex, they would show you how to watch the videos, implement them, along with the best educators to watch for example on goldcup. The person you should look for is someone willing to always speak to you, never sugar coat anything, and be with you every step of the way because when you are successful, they are successful. imarkletslive recruiters are NOT OBLIGED to teach you anything, they can just sign you up, and they would get paid residual after they get 3 people the following Friday, and their residual just gets higher the more people that stay signed up so they basically make an income from just having a team. You can go ahead and get a refund because that does cancel out their residuals that they get every Friday, there are plenty of other places to learn but to be honest, joining this opportunity helped me meet a lot of new people and friends but I am unable to continue the subscriptions because I actually was not making much money, and my mentor was just worried about me getting residual and team members instead of actually trading, which is not my problem because I am NOT COMFORTABLE signing people up when I am not making good money every single day with all that I have learned. I still have a long road ahead of myself before I ever start recruiting people to IM academy, but I am highly considering it, I would make a great teacher, but I feel bad for those who were not all that lucky.

I joined under the impression that I would sign up for forex, but the person who I signed up under didn’t tell me that I couldn’t receive a refund because I sent my money to her and she did it through bitcoin. I am very displeased I DO NOT wish to continue this membership & I don’t think I should be forced to because I was not informed they don’t do bitcoin refunds.

I joined IML thinking I was going to get a great education and be guided by the best but Initially I was presented with false advertisement and old videos. I havent even been on the site and they still proceeded to take money out of my bank account which was this morning and took the only money I had. I purchased a membership with Imarkets live after being told I would be trained in a new skill set with signals sent. I found the hundreds of complaints on the Revdex.com website stating others were also mislead and that this is a pyramid scheme, not actual training. I went back to I markets live the review the seven day full refund policy of my initial subscription and was told to send a detailed email to ***. Upon sending this request for full refund and cancellation of account, I received an automatic response that all emails to support will not be answered and that a ticket needs to be "reopened".I tried calling their customer support number on the website and got a recording stating they answer this line to to send an email back to support. Vicious cycle I believe is meant to confuse you and eat up your seven days for a refund.

My bank statement shows that I was charged twice for Platinum package upon subscribing. My bank initially denied the charge. I told them to approve it. 5-6 days later I’m still seeing that the $234.95 was withdrawn from my account twice on two different days. The first withdrawal says “iMarketsLive.” The second one says “BLS*iMarketsLive.” Not sure what that means but I know it isn’t right. I waited so long to do this because I know sometimes processing takes time. My bank told me to reach out to the merchant first before contacting them so here I am.

6/*** I signed up with this company. I was verbally told and read in writing that I can get a 100% refund within the 7 days of purchasing if I did not want to continue. I sent an email day 6 requesting a refund and never received a response. So I forwarded that email and also sent an additional email the next morning (day 7) letting them know I am wanting my refund. I received an email this morning (day 7) that I am past the seven days and cannot get a refund.
