this response because:Bureau, please do not assume I'm satisfied with the response received from the business until I explicitly say so. The amount paid for the equipment is significant and it took me a very long time for me to get to the point I contacted you. Now I have decided to take this all the way to the end. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THIS COMPLAINT. Icon Health, yes, I did speak to a technician yesterday on the phone. He is scheduled to come to my home on June 28th in order to fix my PROFORM BOSTON MARATHON 4.0 treadmill. It is not clear to me if he can do that by simply using the board you shipped to me or not. Only after that day will I be able to indicate here on this complaint log system whether the part shipped was indeed used to fix the treadmill, and that I indeed have a working piece of equipment again. Otherwise, I would like to pursue a legally binding arbitration seeking to have the full amount paid for the treadmill reimbursed to me. Sincerely,

The service has been far from satisfactory but it at least looks like I will get the machine. My next treadmill certainly will not be from Icon.

Dear [redacted],We will setup service for you and no charge will happen. The warranty on the back does in fact state there can a be a trip charge. We now cover all charges for service. The reason we ask to get some info about damaged parts, is because our tech do not have parts on hand. We have several thousand different units we make. This would make it Impssoible for techincans to have all parts on hand. I can setup a tech to contact you. He will go and diagnose the unit. If parts are needed he will let us know and will give us a list of parts needed for the repair. I ask you if you want the service or are your going to return the unit. Let me know if service is requested and I will setup service.
I have decided NOT to participate in Binding Arbitration to resolve my complaint with ID [redacted],. I understand that because I have decided to not pursue arbitration that Revdex.com must close my complaint. I have decide to pursue legally or via other avenues.
