Hello [redacted],  I have gotten in contact with the delivery company and unfortunately they have informed me that your machine has been lost. At this time, I can either go ahead and get a new machine ordered for you, or issue a full refund. Please let us know what you would like to do.

However, I would like to note that the company REFUSED to move forward on my request until AFTER I informed them that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.  They had been stalling and dragging their feet for TWO months.  Yesterday was the first move forward in a month.  The previous message from them was telling me to go take more pictures and get back to them.  I do accept their response, but with the utmost amount of frustration.

Thank you for responding.  The incline function needs to be re-calibrated.  When running exercise programs, the incline/decline is completely off.  I also tried the re-calibration function in the maintenance menu but this does not help.  All else works fine.  Please let me know what additional information you need to schedule a service.
