About weeks ago I filed a complaint,!this is number twoThis sham of a company said in a letter back to you, the Revdex.com, that they would refund the charge for iFit that I was shamed into purchasingInstead of refunding it as said in letter to Revdex.com they ADDED ANOTHER charge!!!! I now have TWO charges on my account! I have screen shots of chats with rep telling me to just contact him right away if I decided I did not want this iFit, this rep does not seem to existThis company has lied to me AND to the Revdex.com !!!! It is a complete and utter shamLook up my old complaint.I will not pay ONE DIME on my bill until these charges are removedNor will I pay a late fee as bill is dueI want the TWO charges GONEThis bill can sit unpaid until this is RESOLVED.Sincerely,

identified themselves by nameIt sounds also like I have communicated with more than one support agent, since they repeated the same instruction to me, without reading my previous correspondenceThe last email correspondence I received from Customer Support was an email stating that a "wire, harness," was being sent to me, but it did not come with a tracking number, only a note that it could take up to days before the item would be sent and up to days to arrive, after mailingAs a result, I will have to call their Customer Service number in order to find out if the replacement wire has been sentI received a call from a technician yesterday, who said that I should give him a call when I received the replacement wireDid this person who responded from Icon about my complaint even check whether the replacement wire has been sent? Give me a direct contact to Icon, who is actually tracking the progress of my repairOtherwise, their response is meaningless

response because: For the past three weeks they have told me the exact same thing, it will be handled by X date then nothing happens and I call in again and again and again now I am being charged interest on this piece of equipment that does not work they have refused to give me a refund until its picked up by THEIR company, however their company for close to a month now has been "arranging" for pick upThis has gone on long enoughThey need to pick up now and issue the refund
