I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a call on Monday as
was promised; no one has contacted me and now the bike that I purchased from them has broke, I am really upset with these companies and how they treat their clientsand the quality of their productsSince bike is broke (chain came apart) I should only be responsible for the shipping costs and I request they adjust this account accordingly, I have been under so much stress do to this I am now under Dr.'s care, this company should have to pay my medical costs, but I will agree to pay for shipping and get this settled once and for all
