I am rejecting this response because:I have just received the box to return the item Once the item is taken apart and boxed, I am required to schedule a pick up time with UPS Once UPS delivers the defective merchandise to Nordictrack, according to their representatives, I will be waiting approximately weeks to be issued a refund Given their requirements, the return process will take about an additional weeks before they will give me my money back (for a defective item that they sent to me) This company has had my money for months, they have given me nothing but grief about returning their product, and IF they provide me a refund, it won't happen for another weeks, minimally I will not consider this case "resolved" until Nordictrack refunds my purchase price The only thing that will satisfy me at this point in time is if Nordictrack issues a FULL and IMMEDIATE refund I am quite obviously returning the product Their requirement that I wait this long after being jerked around for over a month already is inane

I have been told countless times since my order that the items I have been waiting on for months were sent or would be sent and they never were.
