Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your account. We asked the Care Team to take a second look at your account. The Team was able to find two receipts that, due to being in a pocket, purse, or bag, were folded and then were submitted as such. Unfortunately, folding receipts alerts the... computer system and our Team to a potentially tampered receipt. However, the Care Team acknowledges the newness of the user and has educated the user about submitting receipts that are not folded as to not incur deactivation again.
