The technician that provided service to our home was communicative, knowledgable, and helpful. Chuck M was courteous, but not patronizing -- he answered all questions and shared information about the process as he completed the work. This technician is a fine representative of his company and I am happy to have had the positive experience I had receiving service from Chuck M with Horizon.

Horizon's Technician, Pat D[redacted], was prompt, couteous, and professional. He reolved the issue quickly. This was our third service call from Horizon and they have all been consitently professional and capable. Highly recommend.

Excellent professional service

Jose S came out and was pleasant and quickly assessed our problem. He ordered the motor required and scheduled it's installation.

George P. arrived promptly, was professional, and provided outstanding customer service. We really appreciated the fact that George wore shoe covers, as it was a rainy, late fall day. George made sure that our home was as clean as it was when he arrived. Would recommend George to family and friend without hesitation.

Pat showed up early for the scheduled appointment. It was raining and he made sure to wear the protective shoe covers when he came in the house. He explained the problem and was prompt in fixing what needed to be done. He was friendly, courteous, and didn't mind my dog smiling him. Thanks Pat for coming on a Sunday to help us!!!

Steve got here on time and was very easy to work with.

FrankD came to my house right on time. Took the time to explain everything that was wrong. Didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. Frank was knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to save. Gave me many options and explained cost and recommended the best which wasn't the most expensive.

Horizon Services provided fabulous service again! The technician, Frank, was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and efficient. He explained the problem and the solution clearly including the cost, and performed the repair in a timely manner.

I had a total HVAC replacement done and was very impressed with the entire experience! Technicians were very professional and completed job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Horizon Services for all your new, replacement or emergency needs!
