Frank D and Horizon were terrific. Frank D diagnosed and fixed a problem with our heater that another company missed. And just like the Horizon commercials promise - we got a call to confirm he was on his way and he arrived within the appointment window. Thanks Frank D and Horizon!

Called and received an appointment very quickly. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Explained everything he did and explained his results in very easy to understand language. We were very satisfied with the experience from start to finish. The price for the service was very reasonable as well.

I had the pleasure of having Horizon come out and service my A/C heat pump unit. The HVAC technician Jose was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was able to replace a part that was slowing down and not functioning appropriately along with completing the maintenance in a reasonable amount of time. We are extremely grateful because we were covered under warranty , and he prevented a future problem. Thanks so much for being insightful and looking out for our family's best interest .

The Horizon technician seemed to do a thorough job inspecting my furnace until he offered to replace a "weak" starting capacitor for $171.68. I replaced it myself for $2.72. I felt that he tried to take advantage of me.
