We were scheduled quickly even on a weekend (Sunday) and our technician Steve C. was terrific (friendly & efficient). Our AC had stopped working and he discovered quickly that the breaker had tripped. Unfortunately, he explained that this usually means there is another problem. Thankfully, he did not find any significant issue except for a wire that needed to be tightened. AC has been working fine for close to a week and we have not had another issue. As he said, it may be fluke that the breaker tripped. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. We will highly recommend Horizon services to our friends and neighbors!

Steve C from Horizon Services came out to repair me AC. He was courteous, friendly and explained carefully what the problem was. He gave me his quote before he started the work. Fixed the problem, replaced the filter, checked and cleaned the external unit. Excellent job. A satisfied customer

This was my first experience with Horizon Services. They were recommended by another customer who raved about their service. I have to say, with so many companies promising a great deal and never quite coming through, it was refreshing to see this was not the case with Horizon Services. James G. came to our house on time, assessed my HVAC issues, and made a follow up appointment to complete the work at my convenience. James G. was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable.
