Jose was very professional and detailed in explaining the service he was doing during the visit.

I was very happy with the quick scheduling and excellent service I received from Horizon for my HVAC needs. When first calling, I was able to get an appointment in the same week, quickly. In addition the technician, Steve C[redacted]r was very knowledgeable on our HVAC system, professional and had a great customer service disposition. I recommend them to others and will use them again for sure.

Colin came out to do our annual heater maintenance. He has been here once before and is always easy to talk to, answers questions, and is knowledgeable about our system.

We have used Horizon Services for everything from plumbing to heating to drain clearing. We most recently used their service for a hot water heater replacement. My husband noticed a small leak from our nearly 20 year old hot water heater on a Friday morning. I called Horizon at 9:45 am and 2 technicians were at our home by 11:00 am that same day. Their truck was fully stocked with everything they needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Our basement was left clean and dry. The work was completed by 2:00 pm. This company is amazing and I would certainly recommend to all!

Kenneth arrived promptly, was thoughtful and courteous!

Ryan B. was very helpful in us making a decision to get a new water heater. He and his assistant did spectacular work of taking out the old one and putting in a new one. He was marvelous in keeping everything clean and putting things back where they were. He had unbelievable work ethic, knowledge and honesty. A first-rate person that I would greatly recommend.

Steve C., a technician with Horizon Services, greatly helped us out today (Sunday) by arriving timely and expertly analyzing the problems we've been having with our furnace. He restored the unit to good working order leaving us warm and toasty once again. Steve will be welcomed in our home any time.

Kenneth was very efficient and unclogged our septic tank plus snaked the line in about 30 minutes. Can't beat that!!!

Keith was here at 12:30 pm and is finished at 1:40pm. Job Well Done.

Horizon Services, Inc. technician Frank D. provided excellent service repairing my oil heater.

I made a service call for a malfunctioned AC unit. Pat D was dispatched and responded quickly to the service call. He evaluated and troubleshooted the issue quickly, and was very courteous during his visit. I would highly recommend him for future service visits.

Charles M. showed up on time and was friendly and efficient. He wore his booties to make sure he didn't track any dirt on the floor. He performed the heater cleaning and checkup and was finished in about an hour. Fast, friendly service.

This has been an excellent visit by Horizon. Keith d[redacted] excellent job, courtious, and knowledegeable.

James was at my house within 1/2 hour of when the office called me to tell me he had just completed his last job and was on his way. He arrived introduced himself and got right to work fully explaining what he was going to do and when completed what his findings were.

Jason P came out on an emergency basis at 1:00AM.
He was polite, efficient and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He did the repair in a very short time. I have nothing but good things to say about Jason P! He has excellent customer service skills.

Horizon Services is outstanding. I had work done on my HVAC unit and needed a new water heater. The servicemen were polite professional in uniform and with ID. They arrived exactly on time, completed the work, cleaned up meticulously and explained EVERYTHING to me. Prices were reasonable. This is a really good honest company. I wot ever call anyone else for service. Even my dog liked them!

Tony, our Horizon technician, was helpful, pleasant and thorough. After evaluating our furnace, he took time explain the defect, it's causes and consequences and made sure of the necessary follow-up before leaving.

Ken H[redacted] came on time to up clog our drain. We had a rough start at first, however he did a great job and also saved us money because we were under warranty. Ken was expertly clean in doing his work and when he finished he cleaned the working area also. I would suggest him to anyone for drain cleaning. Horizon this guy deserves a raise.

This company was great about getting a technician out to my house in a very timely manner even on a holiday weekend. They definitely stand by their on time policy.
