Chuck came out to my house after we noticed that our heater wasn't running. He was very respectful and polite when he came to my house and quickly determined the problem. When he realized how much the part was going to cost, he was very sympathetic in his delivery of the bad news. We have always had wonderful service through Horizon even though we have only been customers for a little under a year.

My technician was extremely knowledgeable and was honest in his feedback and recommendations.

One of the easiest drain unclogs that I have ever had! I called them and in 20 minutes someone was here to unclog the basement drain. The cost was less than a third of the cost of the other guy (that has their ads EVERYWHERE!). Great customer friendly service and I would suggest to anyone who needs their services.

George was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He corrected the problem and my heater continues to function like new.

Frank was the technician who responded to my request for having somebody come take a look at our gas HVAC system. he was able to show up very quickly and was able to determine what the problem was also very quickly. He was courteous and polite. He went about his job doing what needed to be done, and after that performed a full check and tune up on my system. He left making me feel glad that I called Horizon Services for help.

I have been a Horizon Services' customer since November of 2010. At that time, Cecil was the only county serviced in Maryland. They recently just expanded their service area... I can now recommend them to all my family and friends in Howard. You can't miss their trucks (they're bright orange!) and the service is impeccable. Yes, their prices are a little higher but they offer the best guarantees and service in the industry. The value is well worth the price! I have purchased both a heat pump and a sump pump from them. Both great experiences!
