Very good techincian

Technician was friendly, courteous and professional. Called Horizon at 12 pm technician was there at 2:30 pm and we decided to install new hot water heater at 3:15. Install was done really well and up to code and install was complete by 5:30pm!!! Horizon had everything done in the same day! Everything works terrific and they have a great warranty! I am 100% satisfied!

the Horizon technician arrived in the time frame phoned to us. he was pleasant and competent. took care of the clogged drain quickly and efficiently. this is the third time we've used Horizon for a plumbing problem - each time a different problem - and we have been satisfied each time.

Noticed a gallon of water leaking through the downstairs bathroom ceiling and called Horizon. Was able to get an appointment for the next day but they called 20 minutes later and sent someone out almost immediately. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in record time. Love the professionalism!

We have used Horizon Services 2 times once for replacing our furnace and the other for replacing our air conditioning. Both times from the salesman who came out to the installers were very helpful and gave great service. I couldn't believe that both installations only took less then a day. I think the best thing was how they constantly go to training and when you asked them how they like working for your company the all said it was a great place to work. That in my opinion says a lot. I always recommend your company to everyone.Thanks for 2 great jobs !

Excellent prompt response to an A/C problem with a quick analysis and fix.

Tom (our technician) came a few minutes early to do a pre-season check-up of our air conditioner unit. (That was GOOD!).
He came prepared and ready to go (he even brought his "slippers" when he came to the door!). He was courteous and easy to talk to.
He then went to check the indoor equipment. Then he went to the outdoor equipment. I thought it interesting that he used a "special" spray to clean the condenser. Boy there was a lot of dirt that came out.
When he was finished, he explained the outcome of the testing he did and answered all of my questions. (This was good in that I asked about some of the details of the testing he did. All the questions were answered clearly in a way that I could understand.
I had a VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE with Tom and With Horizon Serices.
