HVAC Technician Sean F. was an excellent representative of Horizon Services. He was very pleasant, courteous, and honest when describing the repair risks. Even though the piping repair appeared to be very challenging due to the age, rusting, and setup, he took the time to discuss it among his senior technicians to obtain a comfort level and execution plan that would succeed. He demonstrated his knowledge and skill by handling the daunting repair without any additional failure and need for remedy. His repair looked well done, without leaks, and completed within the timeframe expected. He kept me informed of his progress throughout and I appreciated the information and helpfulness he provided as he was bleeding the radiators and baseboard units. An excellent experience.
Last Saturday, I experienced a few mishaps with obtaining the correct technician for the initial assessment, but Plumbing tech. Anthony realized before arriving that I needed a HVAC tech. instead and did an excellent job in handling the change. He worked out the tech. change timely along with the scheduler, and kept me well informed to who was now assigned and when I should expect his arrival from DE. Josh M.,HVAC tech., was also excellent to work with and was honest enough to take himself off the repair, and requesting for a more senior tech., since he didn't understand the unique setup of my system. Even though he had challenges with the process to reschedule the work, he handled himself well, stayed until resolution, and took care that my scheduling needs were met.

I called Horizon Services on a Sunday late afternoon after receiving a call from a tenant that the hot water heater in his (upstairs) unit was leaking. I was pleasantly surprised to have them tell me they could have someone out there in half an hour and within that time Mike showed up in his big orange truck. After examining the problem we agreed to proceed with the installation of a new Bradford White water heater. Mike called for the appropriate model to be brought out from the warehouse and removed the 14-year-old BW water heater while he waited. Installation of the new unit went smoothly until he went to turn on the main cutoff valve to fill the tank and the valve broke, leaving us with no way to turn on the water. After a search in vain for the outside water cutoff and a number of late-night calls to the emergency numbers for the development property manager and then the township, we were assured someone from the Township water department would come out. Mike hung in there with us while we waited and I think he was the one most surprised when someone showed up just before midnight to shut off the outside water valve so that he could replace the cutoff in the condo. He cut out and replaced the bad valve and had the system up and running at about 1 AM. I was impressed not only with the quality of Mike's work but also with his dedication to the job and willingness to stay late into the night so that my tenant would not be without water. Through no fault of Mike's the job took longer than we anticipated but he stuck with it and stuck to the agreed-upon price for the job. Obviously, I am very happy with the service and will be happy to recommend Horizon Services (and especially Mike R) to others in the future.

Frank from Horizon communicated the issue he found clearly and had it resolved quickly. He was friendly and fast and made the whole experience great.

Donald K. was very knowledgable; friendly; considerate, and thorough in his assessment & servicing of my heat pump. He showed me a couple of things that should be addressed & I was glad he did. Great company that hires great people. They verify appointments, call ahead, and are never late. Chris was a great guy....courteous, knowledgeable, and motivated. Horizon chose well when they hired him. He fixed my drain and had to climb my roof to do it! He should get a promotion.
