Groupon, information regarding the redemption timeframe was specified and reads as such:"As a [redacted] Savings new member, you’ll also receive $120 in special members-only Instant Savings offers.* Membership voucher must be redeemed in club by January 8, 2016 to receive these offers. Offers are valid 30 days after redeeming membership voucher in club."Due to this information we would unfortunately be unable to assist with payment or reimbursement of the items mentioned (Rotisserie Chicken and Pastry Platter)  I’ve provided more specific instructions in my direct email to you. Unfortunately, Groupons for ticketed events are only refundable on the day of purchase. I am rejecti** this response because:  Based on the fine print of the voucher, "purchasers w/ unredeemed voucher will receive a refund equal to amount paid for the voucher."  Groupon refunds me to "store" credit only.  It is not credit to my credit card account.

Revdex.com:I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID [redacted] Regards,I am rejecting this response because:they basically told me to go back to studio movie grill for resolution when I originally opened a case for [redacted] and they told me that since the money was given to Groupon that I must go back to them for refund. I also got a link to studio movie grill home home page that never truly opens. I'm getting the run around and they both refuse to give me my money back but redeemed the vouchers while getting paid for them but told me they have expired. Groupon has my money and I see they have a class action law suit for my exact complain as I'm obviously not the only one they stolen money from and refuse to return. I can't believe the Revdex.com keeps putting me through this. This remains unresolved and I will only respond to the Revdex.com and not to Groupon unprofessional mana[redacted]
