I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for your reply and your apologyI am not satisfied with credit to be used towards future purchase on your siteI am no longer comfortable using your servicesThe past transactions of made with you have not gone wellReasons include: 1)this transaction2)another involving a vendor whom had a full voice mail and was not accepting messages and was not responding to emails3)A vendor whom was not available to provide the sold services for months later at the earliest. I've lost faith in the businesses you partner with and until there is a greater amount of vetting being completed by Groupon, I am not comfortable doing any further business with them. I ask for a refund of the $to be issued to my bank account rather than vouchers. Thank you for your understanding.
