Regarding your complaint: I'm terribly sorry about the frustration regarding shipping delays for your two Groupon Goods purchases If we're discussing the two orders for the Bluetooth Activity Trackers, they have both been delivered at this time I show that order *** was delivered on March 28th, and orde* *** was delivered on March 31st Please let me know if this is not the case.As we use third party warehouses and sellers to deliver our Groupon Goods to you as such big discounts, there can be some delays with tracking updates As the Fine Print for these items stated, most orders are delivered within business days However, I understand that it can be frustrating to not see your tracking number update with that movement in real time, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this caused.As both of the items are marked as delivered, I hope this issue has been resolved Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for these orders.I’ve provided more specific instructions in my direct email to youAgain, If you have any additional questions, please reply to me there.Thank you for your understanding.Regards, *** *ManagerGroupon Customer ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but what about the thousands of other people who purchased the same charger and Groupon told them they are out of luck its past the return time frame? It's kind of strange everyone has the exact same issue around a month of use just past the point of return

I am rejecting this response because: Groupon is avoiding that there fine print is vagueFine print should read hotel cancellations must be done four days prior by 4pm to be refundable.
