I am rejecting this response because:Business keeps repeating the same thing about "certain offers are only available to those signed in with certain email addresses." They refuse to even read what the complaint isThey purchased a *** ad which targeted me for something I cannot buy: a bait and switchI did not get some link from some website and try to use it when it was not allowedIt was advertised to me, directly, from Groupon through *** advertising.The issue appears to be unresolvable because Groupon will not even read what the complaint is

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I have tried all day to redeam the voucher they offered but was unable and they only gave me hours and I wasn't able to find voucher number! I deserve to get my money back, I can't stand dealing with this companyDare them give me restrictions on my own money!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, because I did not hear back from you as soon as I hoped, I was able to gift the voucher to a friend. She said it was fine to do so, and that is what I plan to do. If my friend does not use the Groupon voucher and since I cannot use it, I will then take your offer to trade it in I did read the Groupon fine print before purchase and it conveyed to me One voucher per person per visit, not what your customer service staff implied of One voucher per person. Those ideas sound alike but they are really different and you need to be crystal clear with your terms and taking peoples money. If you mean one voucher per person, then don't take my money in the first place for something I can't personally use or gift to myself to use
