order associated with the $10 charge using the details you have provided.  It's possible this transaction never actually captured—just attempts. If these funds are not released soon, I suggest contacting your bank about this issue.I've found other purchases, but it's not in the account associated with this email address. It looks like you have two accounts created with different email addresses. The other account associated is with [redacted]We can merge these two accounts if you would like. Just confirm your billing address and which email address you'd prefer to use. In addition to your accounts, it appears this billing information has also been used under an account associated with the name [redacted] Is this someone you know? If so, we recommend discussing repayment options directly with them.[redacted] originally used this card on 5/19 to place an order which was later refunded that same day. If that initial use was authorized, it is most likely that they did not realize that your card was still saved on their account and accidentally selected it for their more recent purchase.We have removed your card information from that person's account, so you shouldn't see any other transactions from purchases made on that account. If this is not someone you know, we suggest contacting the financial institution that issued this card to discuss this matter further. some cases in which a business may not be able to accept Groupons after their expiration, but fortunately, it doesn't happen too often. Sometimes, it's merely a miscommunication between the business and their employees, and we can often resolve the problem. After reviewing our history with these businesses, I don't see that we've had any reports of them refusing to honor expired Groupons. This is good news! Because this is likely just a miscommunication, we should be able to resolve most of these issues for you.Before we can issue any refunds, we'll need to reach out to these businesses and address these situations.Please keep in mind, if we are able to work this out with these businesses, we do ask that you redeem your Groupon for their purchase value or gift them to a friend who may be able to use them. Please review this Dr on Yelp. I had been to Dr [redacted] before and the experience was awful. Read reviews on Google. All I want is a credit voucher for groupon. Did not know that this "Spa" was [redacted]'s practice. This matter is not resolved. Read the reviews.

We typically only offer refunds when there is a problem with the service or if the vendor displays an act of customer disservice. We do not issue refunds based on the experience of another customer or an experience documented on a review website.
Our Groupon Promise exists to protect people from having a poor experience when they use their Groupon. We want our customers to know that we are there for them in case something goes awry when they try to redeem it. It doesn't happen often, but we're there in case it does! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution, although unsatisfactory to me, is the only option made which has been made available by Groupon. Please note: A refund of $31 in Groupon Bucks will be issued to your account shortly. You will get an email confirmation of your refund within 24 hours. This credit will be available for you to use shortly, and you'll receive an email as soon as it has processed.I wish to reiterate: What I requested: a $31. refund for a service purchased but not provided. Request was denied.What happened: I purchased a one hour psychic reading. After seven minutes, it became apparent that this merchant was unable or unwilling to provide any information relevant to me. She talked about such things as lucky days and numbers. After seven minutes of vague generalizations and contradictory “information” I asked about her process at which time she told me that in the following hour she would provide “just a surface reading” (a term I had never heard previously)  and not what is commonly understood to be "a one hour psychic reading” as purchased.  Further she stated that it was simple to get a refund for this misunderstanding. She then told me definitively that “all you have to do is call Groupon and they will refund your payment.”  I believe this to be fraud as I purchased something which the merchant stated that she would not provide.  I have found customer service to be a misnomer as no service was provided by Groupon who continued to stonewall me at each opportunity.  They admit no wrong doing or misrepresentation and based on their inaccurate version of events, refuse to refund the money paid them in good faith.  I am going to accept the offer of $31. Groupon credit as promised in writing.
