Revdex.com: i received correspondence from from the Credit Card Company that the card in dispute was issued from.  They have issued me a temporary credit until the investigation is completed.  Any information you could gather would be of great benefit to this case so that I may take the appropriate legal action.

I am rejecting this response because: If you as a company don't have a fail safe or a warning that your system is double charging people. I believe your the cause of the incident. Now you don't want to give me my funds back and have the audacity to offer 1/3 of my purchase price? Why would you not offer a full coupon or credit towards my out of pocket expense at least for the extra set of tickets since you will not reverse the credit to my [redacted] Card? I think you guys at the very least owe me the credit amount for the 2nd set of ticket which was $148.50 or $135.60..

I am rejecting this response because of following:1. My previous purchase which was declined, was not re-instated, rather a new order was created because of which I lost the $0 discount for applying [redacted]10 coupon code. Hence now they purchased but charged me $10 more.2. Groupon did not explain as why my purchases are being cancelled out3. For the inconveniences, which was too frustrating, I was offered only pity $10 where as its very discouraging to shop at Groupon when we are being declined txn with no valid reasons, and at the same time, Groupon staff are able to make the purchase. This results in wastage of my valuable time and 4. No one contacted me. I would suggest to keep this open till my issues are resolved and satisfactorily closed.

not appear to be a system issue on our end that caused the second order to process. These orders were made at two different times via your [redacted] device and the second via the web. One purchase was made at 11/03/2015 4:30 PM and the next one at 11/03/2015 9:42 PM. Due to this information we have come to the conclusion that this was a purchase that was made by mistake via your [redacted]. Unfortunately in this case the item you purchased is final sale, which means we cannot accept returns for the item unless it arrived damaged or defective. Due to the trouble and frustrations that were caused by this experience, [redacted] issued $10 in Groupon Bucks. This credit is available in your account and expires 180 days after being issued.
