I am rejecting this response because:  The point is groupon s system was down for my 2 hours to cancel that is why I'm complaining.   I tried to cancel immediately and it said the system was down so I was stuck with these gifts going to the wrong address and then I had to buy other gifts and I have to reship all 5 orders which will cost around 50.00 which is approximately what it will cost to reship.

[redacted]The refund policy clearly states on your Venders website there is 150% price guarantee should the tickets not get delivered as promised. That's the 1st issue. The 2nd issue was the date stated on your website was not the actual event date forcing me to take a day off and lose pay. The 3rd and most serious issue is during the week prior I called Groupon and begged for help getting the tickets or refund. Because of the lack of care or concern I was unable to see the event had they at least granted a refund prior to the event I could have purchased tickets elsewhere. They need to step up and do the right things. At the bear minimum there should be a 200 dollar credit for non delivery of the tickets pursuant to their vendors policy. This still doesn't make up for how horendously customer service handled this situation

I see that on June 17th, this Groupon voucher was traded in for you, and you were able to make a purchase using a portion of those Groupon Bucks. I am rejecting this response because:It does appear the 15 dollar groupon buck refund was finally put in my account. Its sad that it takes groupon over 3 months to floow thru and issue this refund that they promised for not sending the gift card I purchased on their website. Over 3 months and countless emails before someone finally had this taken care of, even though it was not the outcome I wanted which was to receive the original gift card I originally ordered. After the experiences I have had using groupon and with their customer service I would never use their site again and could never reccomend this site to anyone. It is simply not worth it as Groupon does not seem to stand behind anything they sell on their site when there is a problem, which is quite frequently. Groupon and the business never seem to be on the same page and always seem to blame each other. I dont understand how any company runs a business this way and doesnt stand behind what they sell. Buyers beware if your thinking of using Groupon because it is an absolute nightmare.
