I am rejecting this response because: the $16.99 refund has not been refunded back to my checking account. Groupon states that the refund was "successfully" processed on 8/14/16. The attachment that I have provided with this response is a screenshot of Groupon taking the money out of my account. Groupon has stated that it would take 10 business days and they have exceeded that time limit. They've also asked that I reached out to my bank which I already have on 8/26/16 and Groupon did not process the refund at that time. I purchased a services so I'm having a hard time understanding why Groupon does not want to refund the money back to my account.

for the continued trouble. It looks like there were two identical purchases made on 10/4. During a Live Chat conversation with one of our representatives that same day, you were issued a full refund back to your original form of payment for one of these transactions.  I can confirm that your refund processed successfully on 10/4. You should have received an email confirmation shortly after this refund was issued. This refund will appear on your statement as a refund from Groupon, Inc for $27.00. The second of two orders was traded in during a phone call with one of our representatives on 10/5, and later that day the total of $27 was used toward another purchase you made.  I’ve provided more specific details in my direct email to you. Thank you for at least giving me credit for something I purchased and didn't received

I am rejecting this response because:The email you sent did not provide an acceptable response regarding our issue. $100 Groupon credit is in no way adequate compensation in reliance and equity.  Your employee's negligent handling of our reservation caused us to have to spend $1,200+ extra for our trip. If it wasn't for your false advertising that we still had a reservation, we never would have flown to a foreign country and been in the predicament of having to find last minute alternate reservations.
