What's been stated by GM Financial about the specifics of my lease agreement terms are not in dispute and is the same exact response I've received following numerous other calls, emails, etcto the company...which directly avoids my point of contentionGM Financial showed a balance of $until we went to pay our April payment at which point it was then showing months dueWe immediately made payment at that timeGM Financial's failure to maintain and implement it's website, as other customers have complained about on this Revdex.com forum, was the direct cause of my payment being credited days past the day markWhat's most troubling after reaching out to the company numerous times regarding my frustrations, is their failure to acknowledge fault or take steps to correct this customer service error which is the actual violation of the Fair Credit Reporting ActHiding behind dates and not acknowledging a system that a customer has informed them was misleading, flies in the face of the fairness that the Act was intended to upholdI'm asking GM Financial to consider the entirety of the circumstances surrounding this March/April payment when determining if a late payment was indeed made as they are required to do under the FCRA.Regards,

Dear *** ***,
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. We have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
Our records
reflect that you spoke to a GM Financial representative on April 10, in regards to your account. In an effort to assist, a deferment was offered for the months of March and April 2018; however, the pending deferments were voided due to non-payment of the deferment fees as agreed to be paid on April 13, 2018. Please note, our records show numerous attempts were made in effort to contact you regarding the status of your account
A review of your account reflects that a payment in the amount of $was received by GM Financial on May 11, 2018; however, this payment was returned to GM Financial by your bank as “Unauthorized” on May 23, 2018. Further review of our records reflects on May 14, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contract At this time the account was over days past due
GM Financial funded the purchase of this vehicle in good faith that all contractual repayment obligations would be honored. Repossession is always unfortunate; however, at this time, we are unable to oblige your request for collateral compensation
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance please contact GM Financial at ###-###-####
Sincerely,
GM Financial

Dear Ms***,
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com We have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
On August 21, 2012, you
signed a Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement for the Mercury Mountaineer in the amount of $19,at an interest rate of 20.99% The contract terms you agreed upon, state the loan would be repaid in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning September 21, This is a simple interest contract which means interest accrues daily on the unpaid principal balance The Total Sale Price shown in the Truth-In-Lending Disclosures on the face of your contract assumes that all payments will be made as scheduled The actual amount you will pay may be more or less depending on your payment record
In review of the account activity and payment history, more of your monthly payments were applied to accrued interest due to payments being made after the scheduled due date, due date changes and deferments that were processed at your request Please note that throughout the time that the account has been active, eight deferments were processed per your request for the months of November and December of 2013, July and August of 2014, September and October of and June and July of Please understand that when a payment is deferred or delinquent, interest still continues to accrue After thoroughly researching your account payment record it has been determined that all payments have been applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of your contract
For your review we have mailed a copy of your contract and account payment history Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance with regard to this matter, please contact Customer Service directly at ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received lien release or title to my car in the mail yetOnce they both are received I will accept responseI still believe an investigation into GM/Americredit's practice of not sending proper releases and clear titles to consumers in the first place is still warrantedI believe they have set up & run the website www.getmycartitle.com to extract extra unnecessary & illegal fees from consumersIt was their first response to me when I called & told them I was paying vehicle off a few months early back in & made sure they had my correct current mailing address (is same now still) to mail clear title toThey told me I was going to have to go through www.getmycartitle.com & pay extra fees before even receiving final paymentIs their ownership & use of that website to gain extra fees legal?
