On August 16, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal lawsThe state of Florida does not require a cure period or notice of repossession be mailed prior to repossession
Our records reflect that a deferment was processed at your request for the month of May and June of GM Financial last spoke with you on July 25, 2016; at which time you set up a payment in the amount of $dated for July 25, as part of the deferment fee and partial payment for April of due dateYou also set up a future dated payment in the amount of $for August 3, for the July installment paymentThese payments were returned to GM Financial due to insufficient funds on August 4, Please be advised numerous efforts were made to contact you with regard to the status, and no further arrangements were made
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the account and credit agencies

reflect that you were enrolled automatic monthly ACH payments to draft on your due date of the 21st of every monthPlease note, you were advised on November 18, and November 20, that we require a notice of business days in order to cancel the automatic payments and that the payment scheduled for November 21, would still draft
Please be aware, the payoff check received from Burt Watson Freeland Chevrolet contained an incorrect account number and did not contain any information pertaining to you or your accountGM Financial was contacted by the dealership on November 21, and additional information was provided to locate the funds in questionThe payoff was posted to your account on November 30, with an effective date of November 7,
The overage refund is scheduled to be sent to you on December 30, per the standard time frameYou may contact our customer service department and provide proof of cleared funds for the November 21, payment in order to request an expedited refund

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the business in regards to these payment plans, and was told upon both times of contact that these plans were no longer being continued, as one was set up in errorI dont understand how I was told by two different people that these payment plans were cancelled, and that there is no issue with a double payment being charged both times, especially after an entire months head notice, and I even spoke to a representative the day before my second payment was processedTherefor, this means that I was given incorrect information from both representatives I had spoken with (who also could not find any record of other people speaking to me) and therefor caused a multitude of hassling effectsIf the employees of the company cannot let their consumers know that a plan wasnt actually cancelled (a plan that the business itself had to cancel as stated by multiple employees) let alone tell me that the second payment was already PENDING to be processed therefor causing an overdraft of funds in my account, how can I believe in the reliability of any statements made by the company, let alone trust them with my funds in the future? I was given information by multiple employees, therefor effecting my financial situation for an extended period of time after with absolutely no resolution and now punishments for disputing through my bank directly, as I now have to way to make payments through that checking account to the business now as it is flagged unreliable and will be bounced, therefor costing me MORE money to open a new account to make a payment

you entered into a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) for the Chevrolet CruzePlease be advised that in accordance to the terms and conditions of the signed Contract, if defaulted, repossession was a possibility
On January 22, 2018, the decision was made to repossess the vehicle, at this time the account was days past dueOn February 21, 2018, an arrangement was made for payment on March 9, and GM Financial closed the repossession order
On February 27, 2018, the vehicle was repossessed in error by an independent contractor, L&K Recovery, and was delivered back to you at no chargeA repossession will not be reported to the credit bureaus and you will not be responsible for any repossession feesWe apologize for any inconvenience you have experience as a result of the repossession company’s error
