Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.GM Lease Assumptions stated at the start of the process, it would take 30-days to complete in full GM sent a document stating the process was complete Now, GM is stating no it wasn't, our mistake That is not how things work in an accountable corporate world I am requesting a refund in full for the July payment as this letter is written proof that GM had completed their process The statement saying that it took longer, is unacceptable

The service I was given was horribleWhat I was first told was not honored and was not looked intoNOT only that but I was told prior that when the time comes someone would be able to helpThe guy said only a certain number of deferments are allowed if the funds are available. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The payment in question was for June and should be at days late, 7/31/17, instead of 8/1/as misinformed, causing a 60day late negative report on my credit report due to delay in anticipated delay due to poor customer service from GM financial I see that you posted the FAQ on payments posting Shouldn't the agents know what are the FAQ's? Why would there be a discrepancy from your policy and what your representatives say? Are you saying we as a customer should never rely on an agent's response during a call, because at the end of the day, what matters/will be honored is what is written and posted online?
