Contract and Security Agreement (“Contract”) for a Chevrolet Traverse in the amount of $20,at an interest rate of 23.65%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning on March 26, The contract is a simple interest contract which means interest accrues daily on the unpaid principal balanceIf all payments are paid by the due date, the account will be paid in full on the contract maturity date. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It appears that I will have to speak to a lawyer about this to determine if this really will be the final resolution on thisMonths ago, I brought to GM Financial attention about these parking tickets that did not belong to me (I know that all conversation are recorded)I concerns were dismissed/ignored and was put on me to try and figure this outIt was at that time that I was even told by the City of Chicago, that if GM Financial insist on associating me with these parking tickets, I should seek legal adviseI have received parking tickets/violation (legal documents) and a bill for demand of payment to the amount of $1,The bill list out parking tickets/violations and received only so there wasn't even full disclosure of all of the parking ticketsI submitted two online complaints, which both were ignoredAnd, the fact that action was only taken once I raised this to Revdex.com appears to be the exact opposite GM Financial takes their customer seriousNopeI don't think soI have every right to dispute any charges, just like its my right to dispute credit card charges but yet, I have gotten daily recorded telephone calls and NOT one human being contacted me about this outstanding billBecause if someone would have spoken to me, I would told them that I was disputing this billThe way GM Financial handled this was 100% unacceptable. Please be aware, the insurance proceeds received from Geico did not satisfy the balance of your accountAs of the date of this letter a deficiency balance is still owed on the Lease in the amount of $

On June 30, 2016, GM Financial provided Midway Chevrolet with the payoff address and a payoff quote good for days for the Chevrolet EquinoxFurther review of your account reflects that on July 7, 2016, a GM Financial representative notified you that no payoff had been received from the dealership and that the account would remain in a delinquent status until the receipt of the payoff
The payoff for your account was received on July 20, 2016, at this time the account was days past due for the June 10, installment paymentPlease note that on the date you provided as the trade in date, the account was already delinquentResponsibility for this contractual obligation remained with you until the payoff had been received for your account; the trade in of the vehicle does not negate the contractual obligation
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting at this time

*** *** It was your company contacted me regarding that my account days late in March and again after numerous phone calls to try to find out why it was reported no one could give me or my wife an explanation! Even after another attempt via phone conversation your supervisor stated that a payment had been reversed in this year also There has never been such a transaction, I have checked all my payments thru our bank and they have cleared the bank This is my conclusion, GM has terrible customer relations How can you advise your customers of such harsh incorrect information about their account only to find out that there isn't anything wrong with the account???? We are still some of the few adults in today's world that have a CLEAN credit report and history and plan to keep it that way Myself and my wife are very dissatisfied with GM and will not have any other vehicles financed after this one

The service I was given was horribleWhat I was first told was not honored and was not looked intoNOT only that but I was told prior that when the time comes someone would be able to helpThe guy said only a certain number of deferments are allowed if the funds are available. Help!!!! is all I wanted but I got nothingMy account is not past due, that I understand but why can't a company stand behind what they say? Why am I the only one who gets that the way I was treated was wrong? and why did it take me having to file a Revdex.com complain to get a simple apologize? The manager that I spoke should call and apologize for the way he talked to meLike I didn't matter and neither did me being a customerNO CALL! Bottom line, maybe my credit isn't where it should be but I am a hard worker and during a hardship you can not say that you understand and then say I can't help you. I knew of the deferment in JulyThe guy said you are one month from being able to file for another and we would waive thatWhy would I lie? And then you guys keep saying I just came off defermentMy September and October payment was made early and only my Novpayment was late because of my medical complications which no one seems to care aboutI wish that "I can't help you" was told from the start and not days later after I borrowed money that I surely don't have to pay back because of what your employee told meI will go further. This is just not fairAll I was told was how it would go on my credit and how I could turn the car inKeep in find folks, I'm not even past due.
