I am rejecting this response because: If you looked into my file you will notice that myself and *** from PSECU have stated that the notarized letter that was sent to me was not acceptable to the Department of TransportationThey claim that the money was never received and that just providing the tax number is not proof that the money was sentThat is why I am asking you to provide the cheque number or another form of proof that my tax money was paid to the stateIf the money was sent to the state, it should be no problem proving that it was in a different form other than the letter and the numbers you provided. As for calling your tax department with questions, that is a waste of my timeI have talked to the tax department, escalations department, mangers and others to resolve this issueThe call always ends in "we will phone you back with an answer" and they never doExtremely poor customer service. At this point I am absolutely disgusted with your companyHow many times do I need to request a different form of proof?
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
My problem with this is the fact I was unaware of what happens with leftover interest at the end of a loanThey are counting me late for something that hadn't even been established yetMy regular payment was $They are listing a late payment in the amount of $It appears on my credit that I couldn't even make the payment on time of $My payment was $for the entire length of this loanFor the past year I was never lateTrying to establish my creditThe new loan was not even established at the time they are saying the $was lateSo how can they claim at that time $was late when we hadn't even made that new payment agreement All of this is totally wrong. If they wanted to report me late on the 4th it should be reported that I was late in the amount of $2,or whatever the full amount they say I should payNot $that wasn't even establishedThis needs removed I know I'm speaking for someone else but even the finance officer at *** *** agreed this is not rightHe even said GM Financial does some shady thingsI hope this can put a stop to them doing this to others as wellThank you so much.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This response does not address any of my concerns in my complaint. I am well aware of the contract I signed when we purchased our car in 2009. My complaint was that the contract was not clear at the time of purchaseWe feel like we have been taken advantage of because of our credit history. I appreciate the explanation regarding the simple interest loan provided eight years later. Also, in regards to the eight deferments payments, in my complaint I explained that we had financial difficulties and that we were offered payment extensions. My complaint against this company is that they did not explain the details of these extensions AND if this was to help us, why did they allow us to do it eight times? This company is not helping customers I am filing this complaint so that this Bureau investigates the actions of this company and how it does business when it comes to individuals with a low credit history? I have my statements that show payments were made by the due date asked. My complaint specifically states that the statements provided by this company are misleading and confusing. I also stated that I have requested the total principal paid and the total interest plaid to this company and have not been provided this information. The only response provided by this company is providing me with information I already know and are not providing the information I have asked for. I have also mentioned that I had to sign an Installment Agreement with no date? The first statements received after this had no amount or due date on them, however, I was making payments the entire time. This company has not provided an answer to any of my questions and have only used this opportunity to publish my negative history which I am well aware of. It has been a tough eight years, I am not denying that, but still I think we should be treated fairly and without discrimination. Lastly, since the last correspondence, I have not received anything by mail. I have my statements from the past year and will gladly provide them to this Bureau. I do not wish for GM Financial to send me detail payment history. They have already sent me what they call a detailed summary and I could not understand any of it. I even looked into legal advice and they could not understand the paperwork provided to me. I have contacted this Bureau to investigate this company and how it has taken advantage of us and how it does not explain loan extensions and details clearly to their customers, they do not provide information requested by the customers in regards to principal and interest payments, statements are not clear and are misleading and this company has customers sign agreements with no dates. This is my request. I do not need this company to give me a break down of the loan I have had with them for the past eight yearsI would like them to just explain the specific items I have asked.

Dear Ms***,
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns
and would like to provide the following information
On July 27, 2015, you and *** *** entered into a Retail Lease Agreement (“Contract”) for a GMC TerrainWithin the agreement, you agreed to a month lease term with a monthly payment in the amount of $per month, due on the 27th day of each month
Although you have advised GM Financial that through divorce proceedings Mr*** was awarded the responsibility for this lease, the contractual obligation still remains for all parties who entered into the contract
In order to have removed your liability, prior to the maturity of the lease, the party intending to assume sole responsibility would have needed to contact the dealership who originated the lease and have had to apply for the lease in their name onlyPlease understand that this would be the same process as when the lease was initiated in 2015, including credit approval
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####
Sincerely,
GM Financial
