I am rejecting this response because: If you looked into my file you will notice that myself and *** from PSECU have stated that the notarized letter that was sent to me was not acceptable to the Department of TransportationThey claim that the money was never received and that just providing the tax number is not proof that the money was sentThat is why I am asking you to provide the cheque number or another form of proof that my tax money was paid to the stateIf the money was sent to the state, it should be no problem proving that it was in a different form other than the letter and the numbers you provided. As for calling your tax department with questions, that is a waste of my timeI have talked to the tax department, escalations department, mangers and others to resolve this issueThe call always ends in "we will phone you back with an answer" and they never doExtremely poor customer service. At this point I am absolutely disgusted with your companyHow many times do I need to request a different form of proof?

I am rejecting this response because:I am aware of when my payment is due, that is not the issueThe issue here is the customer service is telling me when to make a payment to avoid being reported as late to credit bureau and when I do make the payment as told is being noted as late paymentHaven't had an issue before until your system update that has messed up payments or your webpage goes under maintenanceThat is not my fault you had upgrade issuesWestern Union payments are processed the next day so I would be considered late either waySo wanting me to use Western Union as an option for payment on 30th day to avoid being reported late is not a good suggestionI have days to make payments to avoid being reported so I shouldn't be told to not make payments past due date

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in my first rejection, despite what the author of the email claims, I was able to handle this issue with absolutely no concern on the part of the GM Financial people I spoke with regarding my my name not being on the lease agreementClearly there is something wrong with the business practices of GM Financial regarding these types of issues, or some re-training needs to occurSimply restating that you can not share any information with me regarding this lease account because I'm not listed on it is ridiculous, and a clear indication that you didn't even read my last responseThere simply is no need for you to continue to inform me of a business practice your people clearly don't adhere toNo matter what canned response you send me is going to excuse the fact that GM Financial took over a month to return my extra payment.

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
On August 10, 2007, you signed a retail installment sales contract for a Chevrolet MalibuWithin the agreement, you promised to
pay the amount financed of $10,and a finance charge of $5603.90, which resulted in a total of payments of $15,705.60, if all payments are made on the due dateIt is important to understand that this Contract is a “simple interest” contract in which interest is accrued dailyBy signing the contract, you agreed to abide by these terms, including paying the principal amount plus finance charges accruing on the unpaid balance at the rate of 18.95% in installments of $
In review of your account activity and payment history additional interest accrued over the life of the loan due to payments being made after the scheduled due date and deferments that were processed at your requestThroughout the time the account was active; deferments were processed for the months of April and May of 2008, May and June of 2009, May and June of and April and May of The account has also been paid past the installment due date on numerous occasionsIt is important to understand that when payments are paid late or deferred, interest will continue to accrue on the unpaid principal balance
Our records reflect that the account matured on April 10, On this date a maturity letter was sent to the address of record advising you that the final balance had become due in full Additional review of our records indicates that GM Financial had verbal contact with you on April 9, and that the representative made you aware of the remaining balance at that timePayment arrangements were made to pay four installments of $monthly beginning May of with the final payment due in August of Our records reflect that only two payments of $were received on May 23, and June 25, These two payments did not complete the GM Financial approved arrangement
Please note a review of your account reflects that your loan charged off on August 30, GM Financial attempted to reach you regarding the status of the account and upon charge off regarding the deficiency balance remaining
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting
Please be advised GM Financial is unable to release the title as a deficiency balance still remains on the account
Included for your review is a copy of your contractPlease note a copy of your account payment history is being mailed to your address of recordShould you have any further questions or require additional assistance with regard to this matter, please contact GM Financials Loss Recovery department at ###-###-####
Sincerely,
GM Financial
