I am rejecting this response because I have the information that proves they are wrong and that we had nothing to do with this company nor did they have absolutely no business involvements with usTherefore they need to stop lying to the credit report businesses and take their business name and what they fraudulently wrote in our credit reports OUT OF THERE permanently I have the papers which state we had never been involved with GM FinancialWe were done paying our car loan off when they came inThe information they have is inaccurateWhat we have is very much accurate and I am NOT letting this g
You retract yourselves right out of our credit reports..or you will answer to someone in a court of law.

The poor customer service is still inappropriate and the lack of respect given to customers will make sure you are not referred to othersHow you handle the situation is what counts and this was handled poorlyI understand the contract but the contract should not have to indicate that your customers deserve respect even if you have to deny them somethingBe professional at the very leastI will still be speaking with my military legal department because no veteran should be treated so poorly
After my initial Revdex.com complaint, GM financial removed the negative report on my credit reportThen, on March 31st, a new negative report appeared stating that I was no more than two payments behind on my accountI have already provided GM Financial with documentation proving I was not responsible for the late payment and the lease in question ended in NovemberI contacted GM Financial and was told by the customer service representative that I could not be transferred to the group responsible for credit reporting and that, in fact, she was also not allowed to contact themSo, I would like to re-open my complaintPlease let me know if you need any additional from me
I am rejecting this response because: The information provided by GM in response to my claim is not accurateI enrolled in automatic payments as soon as I purchased my vehicle and for some unknown reason GM altered my payment planGM claims that I was contacted "several times" about the delinquent payments, but I never once received a phone call, an e-mail, or a physical letter in the mailSimply looking at the phone records of my mobile phone (the only phone I have) would clearly demonstrate that GM did not follow protocol in reaching out to me as a customerThe missed payments never even appeared on my credit report until AFTER the car was actually repossessed which only adds to the dubiousness of this circumstanceOther than in this case, I have never missed a payment on anything in my life and my car payment is by far the lowest one that I haveIf I was contacted even one time, I would have instantly called GM and fixed the problem. The first time that I received any sort of notification about the repossession was they day AFTER the car was repossessed when I received a physical letter via certified mailI don't know how their records indicate that they contacted me, because they did not. When speaking with a representative from GM, they claimed that they called my mother's cell phone one time the month before the repossession, though I have no idea why, unless they mixed up our accounts when we were purchasing our carsWe purchased our cars at the same time, but they are be two totally different accountsWhen I signed up for my lease, I included both my phone number and e-mail addressed as means of contacting me; yet, I never received any kind of notice.I just don't understand how several employees from both *** *** (where I purchased my vehicle) and GM Financial (the company responsible for this issue) could be stating again and again how this issue impacted several people who purchased vehicles during the month of January and the company can't just help me remedy this problem by reporting on the potential errorWhy would a customer simply not make any payments after purchasing a car only to pay ALL of the delinquent payments off (plus the ludicrous towing and holding fees) the next day after their car was repossessed unless they were an innocent?Online websites dedicated to business reviews are littered with complaints from customers who experienced problems with their payments being unexpectedly cancelled (their automatic payments being depopulated) and being charged beyond the end of their lease in January.I am quite frankly shocked that GM would be so callous as to claim that this is they're reporting "fair and accurately" when there seems like an endless amount of evidence verifying my claimsI cannot believe that a business is allowed to operate this way and damage someone's name and reputation based on a "systems error" that several of their own employees have admitted likely caused this issue and yet in this correspondence through the Revdex.com, they have not addressed that issue once.I feel as though I am really not asking very much of GMThey claim that they "reviewed my account" and saw that a phone call was made, but the actual specifics of my complaint (namely the fact that a system reboot wrongfully altered my account without my knowledge and that they seemingly contacted the wrong customer) are really not being addressed here. I am rejecting this response because I have already sent you evidence that the money was taken out of my bank account but WHY DO I HAVE TO SEND YOU MY BANK ACCOUNT TO SHOW YOU THE CREDIT CAME FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WHEN YOU HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING THE SAME PAYMENT FROM THIS ACCOUNT FOR 3 YEARS. I have already sent the bank account information. If I have to get an attorney involved or refer this to the State Attorney General I will. This is not right. The account has a credit balance and should be sent to the name on record that you have been taking payment from with NO PROBLEM for years

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. GM Financial would like my account number. I am sending this through you to forward to them. My account number is ***. The last four digits of my SSS # are ***. Please let them know that I do not want any information that tells me that I need to take another step to get my car title which is what I have been given for the past months. It was paid off through them and I never received it, DMV in California never received it and it is not at the WV DMV. They should have it and I would like for them to send it to me.
I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because this indeed is an example of what happens in subprime lending (which GM Financial was already in trouble with them in 2014)A direct quote "It appears that these investigations, which include potential criminal enforcement, are looking into whether these lenders are securitizing and packaging loans for sale to investors without ensuring the quality of loans or fully disclosing their risks." I was not fully aware of everything
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information. Our records reflect that management has approved your request to add your name to the title of the Chevrolet CruzePlease contact GM Financial
directly to provide the contact information and address of the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicle (“DMV”) office location you will be usingOnce GM Financial sends the DMV office the letter of permission and title, you will need to go to the DMV to complete the process. Please contact Customer Service at ###-###-#### to provide the pertinent information.Sincerely,GM Financial
