I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meExcept for the fact that we were told this would of never been take in the first place Also we have been told on more than one time that a check would be cut and mailed over night by the 22nd on November and that did not happen Was also told that we would get a return call and that did not happen So we will believe the fact that a check was cut and mailed once we get it Until that happens we believe this response to be useless

A review of your account reflects that the vehicle was involuntarily repossessed on November 8, 2011, and after the sale of the vehicle a deficiency balance remainedThis balance was reported as a charge off on December 14, The date of first delinquency for your account is August 8, Your account reflects that the last regular credit bureau update was sent on November 9, in which the account was updated from charge-off to settled in full
