It has taken GM multiple telephone inquiries, FCRA disputes and Revdex.com complaints to finally provide documentation. The GM bailout cost us over $Billion Dollars Now GM is proud to make it harder to purchase a GM auto by a prior customer who paid off an auto loan almost two years early -but was late three Christmas seasons and the first month college tuition was dueIt boggles the mind that GM receives mercy but cannot give anyThey may have an obligation to report, but they do not have an obligation to their stockholders to keep their heads in the sand. Please remove the late reports to make it easier to get another GM car! The sales department needs your help!

I am rejecting this response because:GM Financial, I am glad you appreciate me holding you accountable with the Revdex.com It is evident that you have a severely flawed system and it is my hope that you take this as a an opportunity to address these inadequacies within your institution It was only after my repeated attempts in escalating frustration and ultimately contacting Revdex.com that GM Financial complied with my request This is extremely unacceptable customer service You clearly misunderstood my intention for resolution, I was not seeking any monetary compensation but mearly an acknowledgment of GM Financials cheap tactics to delay/ignore my requests I see that GM Financial completely feels like they made every effort to meet my needs but that is simply not true, I have no interest nor the time to sit around and make this up nor does my credit union A simple written apology of the handling of this matter would have been acceptable to me and maybe even a follow up with whom ever is managing this department It is truly my hope that this concern does not fall on deaf ears and it would show true character and pride in your company if there was a more dignified response to this matter
