I am rejecting this response because: GM Financi** was aware of the issue regarding insurance claim, claim was paid therefore fees should be paid by GM FinancialAs Insurance claim retroactive payment for claimYes we did speak as well just because claim was not paid at time of incident GM Financi** was also made aware that I was dealing with getting the claim paidAn issue beyond my controlIt is not my fault that GM Financi** responded so quickly in retrieving the damaged vehicleTherefore, no fees would have occurredOnce insurance paid claim GM Financi** should have adjusted my accountSince they feel the way they feelI'll take this issue to the news, get a lawyer if need be and as a consumer I feel like this as long as I owe GM Financi** they will never go brokeAlso there are plenty of dealerships that I can purchase a vehicle throughAs a consumer I was trying to rectify this situationAs I stated before due to issues beyond my control the claim was paid at a later said dateIt's not my fault they didn't wait as I was in the motions of rectifying the issue on my end to resolve thisAnd it was the claim was paid and due to how GM Financi** reported the claim to the insurance company as I purchased back the vehicle as I was told by the insurance company I don't owe GM Financi** a damn thing.

I am rejecting this response because: That is the problem i'm really going through with GM financial, full of liesI was told my check would be overnight to me; that was a liedI requested GM to return my check in the self address priority envelop I had mailed to them with their checkA supervisor I spoke with on Monday 4/30/told me I should be getting my check no later than Tuesday 5/1/18, when I called yesterday Tuesday that I didnt receive the check in the mailI was now told again that the check was mailed out yesterday via regular mail, instead of overnight or priority self envelop that I gave themEven the supervisor lied to meGM financial is full of liesi'm happy I paid off my loan and never wish to do business with GM againI just want my moneyThank you for your assistant.Regards,*** ***
