Upon investigation, it looks as though the double pending charges are still on those gift cards. I was able to apply the appropriate amount of funds to the 3DS order and clear off the pending charges. In addition, the secondary order you supplied had a gift card on it that was used already with the 3DS order. Unfortunately, there wouldn’t be enough funds on the second order 4170419105628071 to complete it. I have added gift card ending 7423 to that order in hopes it will fund the order properly. I didnt completely agree with having to go to Corona. I informed him that me making the trip would be extremely difficult for me b because of the distance and is completely out of my way... I do find it inconvenience that it is I who has to make the effort to make it to the store for the error, that I did not make, to be resolved. What I told him was that I would attempt to make it but I DID tell him that I dont even know when I can. I dont understand why it cant be resolved without me HAVING to go to the store. How irritating.

Though I will not return to your [redacted] location, you have provided me good service at locations near where I work. Though I do not expect you to issue me a gift card on top of the points, I’ll admit that I would likely give the membership and GameStop another try in return for my efforts and time spent on this. Otherwise I’ll likely just covert the 28k in points to PlayStation Network gift cards on your site and use the points that way. If you wish to, you can send any extra gift card you desire to my email. Please let me know either way, but I am satisfied regardless with your response with Revdex.com. I am rejecting this response because:I never received my package! I refuse to let Gamestop keep my money because they chose to use the carrier that they did. Whether this is the fault of [redacted] or Gamestop I really don't care. It is up to Gamestop to refund me since THEY are the ones that never got the package to me. I will write a new complaint every single day until I am refunded since Gamestop is essentially stealing my money since I never receieved the package that they supposedly sent. As soon as they refund me I will stop my complaints and never shop with their terrible company again.
