The Amex card ending in 5101 that made the purchase is in my name alone. You may want to check your records no power play points were awarded for this purchase. Also the police have requested the receipt be sent to them that letter is attached and they never received it either.  Do tell me why GameStop refuses to cooperate with the police department and with the person , me, who paid for the item? I have the credit card statement to prove I paid for the item regardless of the name on the " rewards program card." I have no problem alerting the media if GameStop refuses to furnish myself, my husband Dijon Thomas or the police with a receipt by close of business on Friday. My husband Dijon Thomas is right here with me and has called customer service and went to the GameStop store and has also been denied the receipt, check your notes from our numerous calls to customer service wr have them recorded. Better yet give us a direct email address and/or fax number to you and we can send whatever proof you need government issued ID, bank statement, marriage license. Instead of this vague non helpful response. Please do your job and resolve my husband and my issue. Check your ratings on your website your customers are rating you as 1 star for this reason, the run around and red tape.

[redacted]My apologies. It seems that there may have been a disconnect between [redacted] and GameStop. We definitely intended to give you this refund, as we received the returned game and had pushed it through to your [redacted] account. I am unsure of where [redacted] is getting information that we were denying this balance. Unfortunately, because there is this rejection, I don't believe [redacted] will accept a reauthorization of a refund. If you would like, I would be more than happy to mail you a corporate check instead, which can be cashed or deposited into a checking/savings account. We list our website the policies of preordering with GameStop.com where you can find the policies of shipping and processing of our PreOrdered items. Payment Processing Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed. In some cases, we will process your order and authorize your credit card up to 10 days before the release of the product. This allows us to get the product to you faster. Hi [redacted]Unfortunately I cannot provide specifics on how many were allocated to our website and our stores, as we do not have complete visibility to that information. We strive to give all guests an equal opportunity to take advantage of a sale or promotion that we offer, however even if inventory were plenty, we cannot gauge how many guests will be shopping online and in our stores for that particular item because that's a factor that's unknown until the sale itself goes live. Lastly, all Black Friday promotions for Thursday. 11/23/2017 went live at 11:00 PM CST on Wednesday, 11/22/2017. I hope that this was able to provide more insight.
